That rear linkage design IS super interesting.... It's rad that it felt super efficient 🤘🏼 it's SO hard to find a "bad" bike nowadays... I wonder if any of us would know about Jamis if it weren't for Syd and Macky 😂
Yah, it was a nice bike. If it wasn't for my RA, I would think about this bike. Their prices are pretty good, as well. I agree with you, hard to find a bad bike now. Although, there was one that I really did not like that I rode at Outerbike. Haven't done the video for it. Not only have I not heard of Jamis, but I guess they have been around for a while. Not sure where I've been, then.
On your chest- gimbal: try setting the deadpan on the Pan to a lower number; will keep it from lagging behind when you turn. I’d recommend like 0-5 Awesome video!
Yay, some of my footage made the cut! Would have been awesome to shuttle all the bikes we rode. I didn't have a chance to try a Jamis. The rear linkage on that was very interesting to me. Maybe why it climbed so good for a 160mm travel frame.
I wish we could have done that Mag 7 area. Still fun doing whatever trails. If I had your background, I would have a better understanding of what the linkage is doing.
Another good demo ride, looks nice enough, looking forward to seeing the kona process, i really like kona bikes, i got a kona hoss in my shed, a bit dated but quality well built bike :)
I don't know about the older ones, but the newer ones are descent budget bikes. I know they have been around a while. The one I rode was a sub $2500 bike, so that is good for a full suspension bike.

Yah, I need to adjust that. It bugs me when I see that, but I keep forgetting about it. I'll try the 0-5.
Thanks for watching
