I think it's so cool that you're taking ballet classes :) I absolutely loved this, the music choice was so relaxing. For those who are sensitive to baking soda in deodorants (like me!), Schmidt's also has a sensitive skin formula without baking soda but still works PERFECTLY. It is my holy grail!!
I have been incorporating most of your hair, lifestyles’ tips and I can not thank you enough. I love your life. You are awesome. 💕🥰😻 You are as cute as a bunny. 🐰😋💕
Hi Sarah!!! FYI!! Just hair washing, conditioning, and hair rinsing once a week. With a scalp spot wash once a week. I love your recent winter hair care video!!! Thank you!! Following a cornucopia of ideas!!! Love you Girl!!! Love, Spirit, and Peace!!😍😍😍😍😘 Love sweet Bambi too!!🤗🤗🤗😘
I need to tell you...your videos, years ago, blessed me in SO many ways! Some of your products you recommended (evan healy rose & immortelle, Living Libations BSE, Calia shamp/cond) changed my skin and hair in a miraculous way, and guess what?? I'm still using ALL of them, yes, and always will! Esp the BSE-holy grail!! Love what you do. Blessings friends
Hi Sara, I started watching your channel some years ago after I gave birth my first daughter as I started to pay attention to food that put in my mouth and toxic in our living environment. She is now 6 years old and we watch your video together. She loves you and is inspired by the way you live. Thank you so much and we will look forward to seeing you next year! Happy holiday!
Just a tip, vinegar is not ideal for cleaning granite! It can ruin your counter top so try a biodegradable all purpose cleaner instead, you can use diluted dr bronners soap :)
Mental health and wellness are very important and holistic approaches can most likely prevent / even reverse chronic health issues! Healthy foods like these in the video have medicinal properties. So important to aim for organic, GMO-free and clean foods.
I gotta say I love all your videos, and I think you're very inspirational! I've been trying to grow my hair out and you are ultimate hair goals, and now I'm getting into all the natural stuff. I really admire you!:)
The Schmidt formula with baking soda is personally killer on my underarms, but the sensitive formula they carry is great :) Clean My Space (TH-cam and site) is excellent for DIY non-toxic cleaning products that actually work since the founder used to have her own cleaning company. It may be a plus to some that she is also Canadian :) I love her all-purpose, bathtub/shower, toilet bowl cleaners and disinfectant spray. Super cheap, simple to prepare. Calisthenic Movement (TH-cam and site) is all about safety and form and not overly taxing your body. Anyone who wants a safe program to follow at home, regardless of fitness level, can check them out.
We love you Sarah!! Thank you so much for your organic ideas!! I prepared a cold and flu safety bag, this year. It is not organic, except for the tea, but it will work for me!! I shopped Kroger and Dollar Tree. I love Do It on a Dime, too. Yes, I bought that Acacia diffuser. I don't use it all the time, but if I become highly stressed, it is nice to pull it out and use it, with an essential oil. I have followed much of your hair tips and tools. It has brought me much peace and more confidence. Thank you very very much. Happy and Healthy New Year to you!! Love you!! All the best in Canada!! Leslie, Michigan.💟💗🎈🎉
Hi, It’s just recently I found your Channel and become the huge fan of your videos. I have started watching your channels because I am planning to relocate to Canada and wants to crack ielts exam. I am so impressed by your videos and your language and stuffs. Good luck and keep going. I felt I am relaxed and at peace after watching your videos.
Hello, med student here, while baking soda is naturally antibacterial, baking soda shouldn't be used on the skin for extended periods of time. The highly alkaline nature of baking soda leads to intense skin irritation in most people, so using this recipe for deodorant can do far more harm than good. Using a mineral deodorant is much better as a non-toxic, non-irritant solution. Bad smells are caused by bacteria in our armpits that feed off the moisture in our sweat. Since mineral deodorant is basically a giant chunk of salt, it increases the salinity of your skin, creating a hostile environment for the bacteria that cause bad smells. So the bacteria is killed without harming the skin itself or blocking the sweat pores.
Thanks for sharing all your great ideas with us...not everybody is that sharing and caring...but you are influencing others with your wholesome lifestyle ideas...thank you that's special to me! 😁 BTW...im always looking for new ways to improve my skin...I thought about it hard...and considered minimal ingredients being used on my skin to prevent stress on my skin from having to filter many different oils and ingredients just to be happy...so I chose to moisturize with olive oil with one added essential oil...I alternate with different essential oils...plus if you haven't tried this you really should purchase one of these...but get you a raw silk wash cloth off of esty for your face...it's gentle on your face...you don't have to scrub with it to get clean...it stimulates.collagen production and helps protect the skin and build moisture to the skin with something called sericin...a naturally occurring chemical in the raw silk...I just swipe my face with the wet wash cloth and then I'm done...it's really helping...give it a try if you haven't already...and try not to congest your skin with too many ingredients when moisturizing...😉 Merry Christmas
My daughter introduced me to holistichabits, I am impressed and going to watch every video! Just a suggestion you should include a positive affirmation meditation video! Your voice is amazing so calming! I am an old fan of Louise Hay but would love to add something new. Looking forward to watching all you do!!
So so nice to see you again! Happy 20's! Thanks for your inspiration, I hope one of your goals is to come back and make lots of fun videos haha you are a gem! Thank you :)
Your hair is just amazing. Its incredible how it is so long, yet so thick and smooth! I have rather long hair that i have hardly cut since i was little (maybe a small trim, but thats it), but from treating it awful and having a lot of trouble with it getting insanely tangled, it is sadly very split and damaged. Everyone tells me i should just cut it, but i cant bring myself to do so. Is there any way of reversing damage to hair? I love your videos so much! All of my favorite things in one channel: healthy food, crystals and natural health
Include herbal rinses or hair masks to your hair routine this will give you the best results. Even I had thin hair and with lots of dandruff these steps helped me so much
hi, professional hairstylist! once ends are split, there is no fixing them and they need to be cut before they travel up the hair follicle and cause more breakage. get those splits off and get a fresh start with healthy hair, and as soon as you notice splits, go get a small trim!
The only way is to really cut the damaged hair off. I know it's horrible but you have to do it. You cannot reverse the damage, you can only prevent it. Some products can give the illusion of treating the hair, but I would suggest to cut off 10-20 cm and you'll see amazing results! After that you can try the inversion method to speed up the hair growth, I've found that the method does make my hair grow faster. And remember to use masks and conditioner and not dye it or use a lot heat to make hairstyles.
I'm going to try that really long list of powder lol. Loved this video! It's interesting you mentioned Ballet. I always wanted to do ballet as a kid but my mom couldn't afford it. It's actually on my bucket list and you just inspired me to actually join!

I love u Sara... You've always inspired me to be a better and healthier person.. And because of your amazing tips and advice on hair and skin care... I know have amazing skin and long and thick hair.. And I made my whole family use your tips and remedies Happy new year!! Hopefully it's gonna be your healthiest and happiest!! 😊😊😘😍🤩
My New Years resolution is to grow my hair longer. For starters tonight I ordered a tek brush, thickening shampoo and conditioner, sleeping with my hair in a braid, no heat tools & a better diet (drinking more water). My hair is really thin and short, if u have any suggestions pls let me know. I love your channel so much❤️, thx for inspiring me to care more.
Unfortunately, you can't make your hair thicker, really. Thin or thick hair depends on genetics about 95%< like curly vs straight hair. Instead of trying to make it thick, which isn't going to really work, embrace your own hair type and find out what you can do to keep it healthy and looking the best. Don't take advice from Sarah because she doesn't have your hair type. Look for a TH-camr with fine hair. Same as curly girls shouldn't follow her hair care exactly because her hair care would fuck curls up. Not that her routine is bad. It's just not meant for curls.
Girl I hope you can make your hair thicker. Use hair oils( I recommend making it at home ) by combining herbs with oils.Use shikakai and gooseberry powder ( I am an Indian and I use this) .I used wooden brush and comb and my hair started to become!e more healthy again. Also use a good hair mask.If you have hibiscus at home, you can grind the leaves into a jelly dorm and use it on your hair and wash it off.
Don't be too stressed out about growing hair. If you take good care of your hair, they'll grow. Be patient. If you have thinner hair (which can look just as beautiful trust me), then you should trim your hair at least once in 2 months. You don't need to cut a lot, just a little. It not just makes your hair healthy but makes them look great and bouncy. Also, there is no way that we can turn thin hair follicles into thick ones. We're born with them and they stay that way and those who advertise to you that a product will thicken your hair strands are lying for profit. It's scientifically not possible as of now. What is possible is to have healthy, voluminous hair which looks good irrespective of hair type. Don't aspire to have thick hair. Aspire to have voluminous hair. One of the healthiest homemade masks for adding bounce and shine to hair is the egg yolk mask. Take an egg yolk and add an oil of your choice in it. It could be olive oil or coconut oil. You can add both if you like. I love Castor oil but it's thick so you should add another oil to make your mask a little less thick for you to apply. Keep it for an hour and a half and rinse it. Apply the mask once a week for great results. Have a great day :)
I’ve been following your channel for a while, and I would LOVE to see an update on your acne scarring! I know you’ve done some videos on healing scars but it would be nice to see an even more updated one!
I make my own deodorant too. You can pour it in to an old clean deodorant tube or an up-cycled clean and sterilized glue stick (I work at a school, so I like doing this to give the tube a second life )
Please make a video on winter hair care routine ,because where you live is almost all time winter so how u take care of your hair especially scalp - dryness ,dandruff and all....
I dont know what it is about natural deodorant, but I have used 3 brands, including Schmidts, and I got a rash all 3 times. It was horrible, and now has actually made my underarms super sensitive.
Maybe check for common ingredients? There could be something you're allergic too (like baking soda) I don't always get natural deodorant, but I have enjoyed the salt-based ones over the baking soda ones
Ugh same, I tried Schmidt’s, La Vanilla, and native and la vanilla was nice but made my armpits really wet. Schmidt’s was HORRIBLE and made my armpits burn and literally scab 😰 and native was ok but made me itchy and the smell of it mixed with my own sweat was pretty gross.
Celine Aurora Engelklem it really boils down to priorities and what you think is worth the cost. Since Sarah had such an awful traumatic experience growing up with poor skin, it seems like she’s willing to invest in products that will prevent that from happening again. Her hair seems like a hobby of sorts :) so she probably doesn’t mind paying a significant amount to test products. Not everyone feels like high-end or rare products are worth it, which is perfectly ok. Anyone can start with regular oils like coconut, olive, apricot, almond and a handful of essential oils and work from there.
@@lvs6775 I would have to disagree. I cannot afford a lot of the things she uses. I don't drink, I don't smoke, I don't buy anything extravagant. I buy literally the bare minimum to get by and I cannot afford a lot of the stuff she has. Priorities is absolutely not a way to afford luxury organic skincare/cosmetics/food.
Josephine MacLellan-Read I understand “cheap” “affordable” “extravagant” are very subjective. As I said, if someone wants to start making changes, there are more affordable and widely available options they can start with (there are always exceptions, of course). If someone can’t afford to pay for these ready-made beauty/health products with money, if they truly want to use similar or healthier products, they may have to go the DIY route and pay with a little extra time. Some of the products she uses just aren’t “worth it” to me, but I still use the information Sarah provides. I use olive oil (it works for me) on my skin and use the water only method (even though I only have hard water) for my hair with the occasional ACV rinse. You have to do what works for you and your budget at the end of the day.
I think a lot of these things are gifted to her from these company’s in hopes she will like it and put it in one of her videos to give them some exposure which would help boost their sales.
you are wonderfull sara ,you said right "its never to late to start a new hobby" keep it up sweetgirl .love from india(BHARAT)jai hind -ORGANIC INDIA :)

Sarah, Thank you so much for yuh our free videos. You provide such a great service for all of us, you should charge. Merry Christmas, Sarah, and the most happiest of New Year. Love, Bethalena
1. Use natural personal care products. Start with your deodorant/antiperspirant. 2. Use natural cleaning alternatives, eg white vinegar and soap nuts. 3. Replace artificial home fragrances with a diffuser and essential oils 4. Stay hydrated. Infuse with citrus fruits or other fruits, herbs, rose nectar, powdered superfoods, or tea. 5. Create an exercise routine. Sign up for a group class if you can, or invest in simple portable equipment like a jump rope or a resistance band.

Wonderful video ..... happy holiday to you💜
egyptian licorice tea is the best 😭😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️
I’ve been following your channel for a while, and I would LOVE to see an update on your acne scarring! I know you’ve done some videos on healing scars but it would be nice to see an even more updated one!
We want you to do a review of using Henna for hair 🙏🏻💛💛
You are actually my goals for life❤️❤️❤️
What’s a lovely video! Definitely I am going to change my habits 😁
I make my own deodorant too. You can pour it in to an old clean deodorant tube or an up-cycled clean and sterilized glue stick (I work at a school, so I like doing this to give the tube a second life )
Happy New year and Merry Christmas to you and your family ❤️ May you and yours be blessed as you bless others :)
Same to you and thank you

I dont know what it is about natural deodorant, but I have used 3 brands, including Schmidts, and I got a rash all 3 times. It was horrible, and now has actually made my underarms super sensitive.
Wax On Wax Off I had the same problem! So for now I’m using aluminum free dove but I’m too afraid to try natural again.
Maybe check for common ingredients? There could be something you're allergic too (like baking soda) I don't always get natural deodorant, but I have enjoyed the salt-based ones over the baking soda ones
don’t use ones w baking soda
Ugh same, I tried Schmidt’s, La Vanilla, and native and la vanilla was nice but made my armpits really wet. Schmidt’s was HORRIBLE and made my armpits burn and literally scab 😰 and native was ok but made me itchy and the smell of it mixed with my own sweat was pretty gross.
I’ve always found that more natural deodorants fail a lot quicker
I have always wondered how you can afford all this clean and healthy products + all the foods and things? All this can really be expensive... 🖐🏻❤️
@@lvs6775 people work minimum wage and can barely afford rent. Ahhh

I use Schmidt’s lavender deodorant and I love it!
1. Use natural personal care products. Start with your deodorant/antiperspirant.
2. Use natural cleaning alternatives, eg white vinegar and soap nuts.
3. Replace artificial home fragrances with a diffuser and essential oils
4. Stay hydrated. Infuse with citrus fruits or other fruits, herbs, rose nectar, powdered superfoods, or tea.
5. Create an exercise routine. Sign up for a group class if you can, or invest in simple portable equipment like a jump rope or a resistance band.
