This is the type of video that made me fall in love with you in the very beginning of discovering you! It is just so cozy to watch, and I also feel inspired and the visuals in your videos are always SO LOVELY! They aren't just "videos", they are beautiful and cinematographic! keep uploading Sarah, you are simply wonderful!
She's the cutest thing ever! Such an inspiration and she's really changed my outlook on life and health. And I love how she loves crystals. My idol!!! ♡♡♡
Could you share a few turmeric recipes I make for my family? And possibly a few of your favorite recipes or uses for cinnamon, please? Sometimes I get overwhelmed by the uses for health foods.
How does this gal NOT have A MILLION SUBSCRIBERS already . She's more than awesome in helping you keep your diet and making it a lifestyle. And I do agree, once you switch to Himalayan Salt .....YOU NEVER TURN BACK!
Dear Sarah, it is so important to have people like you on the Internet! So please continue your amazing beautiful work! You radiate positivity and beauty and raise awareness for so many important things! I love love love your work! Happy healthy New Year 💚
For menstrual cramps, i recommemd using a cup such as diva cup or mooncup. It really helped me as there is no bleach, fertilizer, harsh chemicals or pesticides which are found in the materials in pads and tampons. The best switch i ever made!
Your videos are so uplifting! I've been binge watching all of your videos and I think i might start holistic habits as well. You are so inspiring and I can't wait for more videos from you so I can learn more :) thank you Sarah! Love you!
Hi Sarah! I just want to say that I absolutely LOVE your video's! Ever since I saw my very first video of you (HOW TO GET LONG HEALTHY HAIR NATURALLY) I fell in love with the holistic way of living. You have teached me so much and every time I watch one of you video's I smile. Listing to your voice is just so calming! I just couldn't imagine that you were insecure about yourself, because you seem so confident and you are so pretty! All I wanted to say is: please keep making video's and we love you! Xxx

Thank you for being so wonderful, so thoughtful and for all that you do! You'll always be one of my favorite people to look up to! Love you Sarah! 🦋🌸
Agreed with the himalayan salt. My mom switched into it a couple months ago and actually taste way better than the normal salt, like you actually taste something more than the saltiness Always love your video! always inspires me to being more healthy and give me a good vibe!
I would love to see a 'what's in your pantry and fridge' video! always struggle with what I should fill my food pantry and fridge with to keep healthy and organic :)
I love these videos. its very educational for those of us who are learning about holistic healing and how to incorporate it into our lives. please bring more videos like this. thank you.
Could you make a video on living in Vancouver? Talk about finding affordable produce, where you shop and places you might go for eyebrows/hair etc? I live here too, but it can be so hard financially! I'd love to hear how you make it work!!
I've been following you for yrs Sarah, hope you're doing well. I have to watch your videos over and over since you don't upload often lol have a great day.
2:31 oh my goodness!! Sarah you are the best :) that was so hilarious hahaha Also my Mum and I use iHerb regularly, its awesome xx Your video was so good, I cant wait for more of your videos to come! xx Love you
amazing tips, thanks for this video! I already knew about all of it, but I am sure a lot of people will benefit from watching this video, let's start new year in a healthy way 💕🙏💕
Thank you for the info about cinnamon. I consume the ceylon cinnamon which is perfect for health. Buy from online wholefoods ceylon organic cinnamon you will never go wrong. stop buying from the grocery stores.
I love love love your videos so much :) I never knew the difference between cassia and ceylon cinnamon! So interesting, thanks so much for this video Sarah!
All of your videos are so helpful and full of easy to do tips. You are such an inspiration to me I hope you never stop making your videos because I use all of your advice usually everyday. Btw you are so gorgeous.
Hi, I see you recommending coconut oil for a lot of things, but what do you think about the fact that it contains lots of unhealthy fats that can affect your heart and blood flow in the long run? I looove coconut oil, because it tastes so good, but I don't use it a lot because it is also unhealthy :) Just curious what you think of this!! Hope you have the time/want to answer!!
I enjoy watching your videos so much! watching your videos stopped me from buying harmful products that I used to regularly buy! I love using coconut oil all the time, I bought a gallon bucket of native and I already made a deodorant, and use it everyday on my body. I cant wait to make so much more diy house hold products! :) Love what you do!
Hey Sarah! loved the video and loveeddd your cozy sweater! Can you please do a video on how you made the transition and conscious changes from your previous lifestyle to the current one. Thanks!
Hi Sarah, you might want to try the book Heal your body by Louise Hay. It says that illnesses are caused by negative/fearful thought patterns and has affirmations to heal them. I find it quite helpful for ailments, but some people find it upsetting and hard to understand (that's just a heads up!). It has an explanation and affirmation for healing menstrual cramps which you might help you. I have the A-Z edition, I'm not sure what the other editions are like. :)
Sarah, it would be really interesting to see your video about preparations for the winter)) I live in a cold region too and I know how important it is to prepare organic vegetables, berries and etc. for such a long coold period as winter)) I think it would be interesting for everybody))
2017 will be my year!!!! Question: DO you still like the 'zen' lip liner color since Honeybee Garden changed the formula recently? I was wanting to get it, but everyone has been complaining in the reviews of the change in color.
I bought this lip liner a couple of times because of Sarah a couple of years ago and I LOVE it! Didn't know they changed the formula! What exactly changed?
Hi. Apparently the color is a lot pinker and brighter. Someone else did a comparison swatch on their arm with the old color and the new one. It's pretty different. And if you look through the review comments on the site, there are a lot of complaints about the change.
I have a question: You say that himalayan salt is better than regular salt, because it's processed and I totally see your argument. But I recently read an article about that we tend to eat less salt (or less processed salt) than a couple of decades ago and that this might lead to lack of iodine in our system and thus to health issues. Why did you add iodines to the list of cons for normal salt? And what would you suggest to make sure that the iodine intake is high enough without eating processed salt?
Just asking, after watching many of your vids (love them btw!), do you label yourself as anything? (vegan, vegetarian, or simply living a holistic lifestyle? super curious!
Hi sarah! I love your channel. I would love to see a typical day in your life as an upcoming video- it'd be cool to see how your good days fit together :). Keep up the awesome videos; they are super inspiring!
Who do you look up to for health information? I love your videos! I would love to dive in farther but sometimes have a hard time finding people to learn from!
I learned about ceylon versus cassia cinnamon in a plants course I took this year and I was so shocked - I had no idea there were two kinds! I personally think ceylon cinnamon tastes way better anyway :)
Hey Sarah. I asked you on your old video some of the questions but you may see it here before. I would like to know how do you clean your wooden hairbrush? Since it collects a lot of oils, I know it is important to clean it regularly. I do it with the warm water and then wipe it to remove the oils from it. Do you do it the same way? Did you ever considered sugaring your body as alternative and what do you think about it? Also, as our body - more specifically skin - has acidic pH to protect us from bacteria, what do you think of using soap to wash your body and most importantly, genital area? I heard some people started using apple cider vinegar as an alternative to soups but I never tried it - concerns about the smell afterwards. Although, you could probably add some essential oils. And one of the finals questions, (at least for now :D) - how come you still use "chemical free" term? Nothing is chemical free as everything is composed of chemicals, there are only safer and more harmful chemicals :)
Please please please do another lookbook and have this outfit in it I love that sweater/dress cant tell which it is but I would love to see all of it and find out where its from
same with me, no video in my subscription box! Luckily I check your channel most days. TH-cam needs to sort this out, it's happening to so many channels...
Thank you so much for such an informative video, I am definitely going to have a look further into tumeric, cinnamon, and this specialised salt you introduced. Loved it!
Where did you get the turmeric and cinnamon jars from? I've been looking for spice jars like that for sooo long. If you have the link or know where to get them, that'd be awesome!!!❤
Great video! I never knew there was two types of cinnamon and that only one was beneficial for you! Anyone know why Sarah mentioned not adding hemp seeds to anything warm? Do they lose their nutrients that way?
Some of the beneficial ingredients in hemp seeds are heat sensitive, that's why I personally wouldn't "boil" them. Sprinkling them on top of hot oatmeal shouldn't do any harm though :)
If you are reading this I wish you the healthiest year in your life. We can do it. We deserve it🙏🙏❤
Thanks for spreading positivity
Awww thxx honey that is sweet girl

Himalayan salt and Ceylon cinnamon. I can consider these!

Hey, where did you get your jars? The ones you put your cinnamon and turmeric in?
Already using organic coconut oil.

I LOVE Health Warrior! Great choice!
In my village everyone prefers Himalayan salt over common salt and it is known as sendha namak
I never knew about Ceylon vs. Cassia cinnamon! Thank you!
Please please please do another lookbook and have this outfit in it I love that sweater/dress cant tell which it is but I would love to see all of it and find out where its from
Hi :) Could you talk about contraception and the methods you use/have used, if any?

Did you sanitize your jar corks? And if so, how did you?
I love your content! Greetings from Brazil💚
great video! are you interested in making a diy fermrnted foods video
Hi Sarah, do you plan on doing a video on making fermented foods? Thanks
same with me, no video in my subscription box! Luckily I check your channel most days. TH-cam needs to sort this out, it's happening to so many channels...

Love this like every other video you make! Can you make a video on healthy holistic food recipes ?
I love you so much Sarah. Keep on making these amazing videos
I'm wondering why can't hemp seeds be placed on warm or hot foods? I place in soup and oatmeal all the time. Please let me know...
Bonnie Harring I laughed so hard at that. THC is activated by heat but I doubt adding hemp seeds to hot food is gonna get anyone stoned.
Some of the beneficial ingredients in hemp seeds are heat sensitive, that's why I personally wouldn't "boil" them. Sprinkling them on top of hot oatmeal shouldn't do any harm though :)
I've missed these type of videos from you !! So informative, positive and goofy :)
