There are tools like PropStream that provide data and perform calculations for you. This allows those with no programming skills to make data-driven decisions easily too. This is the website I referenced that states you can find the mortgage to calculate LTV and locate other liens on the property - realtytimes.com/consumeradvice/buyersadvice/item/32443-what-does-the-home-seller-owe#:~:text=The%20amount%20owed%20on%20any,most%20recently%20recorded%20mortgage%20information.
