The imaging sonars look awesome, but I still can’t justify the price yet. By the way you helped me with Eskimo shelters at the Oshkosh expo. The vendors were sold out of everything at the expo so I had to go chasing deals after the event. Ended up deciding on the Wide 1 instead of a 2/3 man.
Hey Cody. Two questions for you. Being new to Livescope, do you have to clear the slush out of the hole when dropping the transducer down, or is that not necessary? Also, when locating these schools of fish, is it possible the after you locate them, step out the distance, and drill, that the school u located might swim off or disperse, leaving you going back to Step 1? Thanks man, great video!
Thanks for the reply! You do not need to clear ice if you don’t want to! And yes, fish can definitely spook if you drill on top of them. More likely on clear ice, or shallow water. In those cases I like to drill a bunch of holes right away and then wait for fish to come back around.
Great video, cody
Great video buddy love it
I know that spot 👀

Nice meeting you!
So I have a question. Why didn't you change the angle of your ducer when going from down to forward?
Not necessarily something you 100% have to do! Recommend it for best results but I like speed :)
@@CodySso do you just keep it the ducer in the down or forward position when doing this?
@@sundj15 normally forward!
