I am using my almond flour, avocado oil, eggs, baking soda and stevia ingredients. The waffles chunks taste delicious after I pulled it off my griddle. I sprayed the w/iron with oil. Any suggestions on how to get them unstuck?

I just made these this morning, they are amazing, I don't know why I even watch other recipe channels at all , some are wonderful but none compare to this one. I've been watching for years . I just bought my first house this past January ( something I never thought would happen) but here I am on a beautiful morning standing in my very own kitchen, looking out at my backyard and making homemade waffles for my kids . We love ours soft and we fold them with some Nutella inside. For a soft waffle I pile each on up but after each is made I cover it with a plate or pan cover to keep the moisture in I think it’s also called sweating? I dunno but it makes them super soft and foldable :)

I have tried different waffle recipes for my machine that haven't been great and being Australian we don't eat a lot of waffles anyway so no one just has a waffle recipe, until now! This one was great, they came out perfectly, even the suggested recipe with my machine didn't give anywhere near as good a waffle as yours so thank you.
