Made them today, was just perfect!! I used one cup of whole wheat flour along with all purpose flour. So I had to increase milk measurements to 2 cups. But the recipe is just perfect
When I make waffles, I usually put mill chocolate chips on top when the waffles are still hot, put some cut up strawberry on top of that, and top it with whipped cream.... Heaven
I just did and it indeed taste good and it was easier than I thought! Of course, I had to mess up something so I think I put less sugar than it required so the results weren't the same BUT still, I liked it a lot! I did 15 waffles and got them ready to freeze: cold on the countertop, then 2h at the freezer with space between them, then I packed in ziplock bags with baking paper in between them and little air. I hope it tastes as delicious as it was when I finished. Thanks for sharing the recipe, it went to my recipe book!

Not one store with a freezer case doesn't have at least one brand--even Dollar Tree has them. Wonderful crispy-on-the-outside-fluffy-on-the-inside waffles with butter and real maple syrup are one of life's great Sunday morning breakfast treats to look forward to.
On my first try and they came out delicious. I saved the batter and two others that I made. Even though they came out of the fridge, they both tasted as fresh as the first day. Thank you, I am saving this recipe for future breakfasts 😊😊

No need for so much oil or sugar, just add a really ripe banana instead. 1 egg and made with oatmeal, so much healthier than this.

U can use a silicone waffle mold they r cheaper. But you would have to bake it. Preheat the oven to 180°c
