Venus is labasthana lord first and 6th lord secondly because Tula is moola trikonam for Venus. He is debilitated but does not necessarily need to be a Nithya Yogi planet to give good results in this case. He gets neecha bhanga raja yoga by sitting with Uchcha budhan. Regarding Guru, though he is debilitated, he is a very good parivartana yoga with Saturn (exchange of 1st and 2nd lords). Guru has good directional strength. Guru sitting in Kumbha rasi in D-9 is secondary to his strength in D-1. If he was sitting in Cancer in D-9 that would be a better position but even that is secondary. Regarding the bad Moon dasa, 8th lord Moon is sitting in the 12th which is vipareeta raja yoga, but he is debilitated. Rahu sitting in Cancer brings its influence into the 12th house. Rahu in the 12th will produce losses in most cases. You are attributing Moon's bad dasa to it sitting in Budhan's nakshatra and Budhan being the 7th maraka lord, but Budhan is Uchcham, so I don't think that is the reason. Thank you.
