Thanks for that short but no doubt video as i have always wonder how good these quick release mounts worked. Ive moved up to a centre fire rifle and have a picatinny rail on my 22 250 i started with a glass optic and now removed that to put on a day night scope and wonderd if i would have to re zero every time i change scope ? Thanks Mark fo that ps keep making the videos as helped me with my foxing and my rifle shooting skills to thanks jason
Good to see the 260 out, be an interesting video to go out a lot further, would notice any deviation more than at 150m. Whens some proper long range coming? And also what happened to the FX M3 series.👍
I’m still doing some long range stuff etc on both the shooting show and shooting & country tv channels so keep an eye out on there 😉 I didn’t put the target out any further as variations in wind etc would also show and not give a true impression of the mount 😉 The m3 was just on loan for a couple of episodes for the shooting show I’m afraid 😕
At the other end of the shooting spectrum I shoot shotgun and a sub 12ft/ft Springer ( HW95K .177 ) for my crop/pest control , have just put an Element Helix on the Springer ( slightly over scoped I know ha ha ) but apart from pest control out to 50 yards I enjoy extending the range for target shooting and its getting me 2 inch groups at 80 - 100 yards on a good day with only a slight breeze.
Nice shots dear friend but why you dont have the bubble level on the right side of the rifle so you can see it easily? Or put a good quality bubble cant on the tube?
I put the scope on about 5mins before 😆 I normally have a tube mounted level on there. The level I was using here is inbuilt in the mount which is designed for right handed shooters!
InfiRay have just altered their scope by adding a small disc bit to the bottom of the turret housing making it to low! I believe they will be changing it back however I raised this with Sportsmatch and they will be increasing the height on the next batch of mounts to allow for this! 🤦🏻♂️
Good to see you back
Awesome review, Mark! Your content is always relatable and informative. Hope the foxing school is going well.
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼………………………………………………..glad to see you!

Hi Mark-what height mount did you use with the ALPEX-the medium or the high ??
I would recommend the higher one 👍

This is filled with silicone beads 👍

I purchased the hop92 in high for my th50 v2 and it didn't fit. Mark which model do you use for you're th50 thanks

@@260rips great thanks for the info
👍🎯
Love mine,
Hi mark will this mount be ok on a pulsar thermion xp50?
It should but it will depend on the clearance of the objective lens to the barrel. They offer two heights so I would go with the higher of the two 👍
@260rips thank you Mark for your reply I'll look at that one cheers mate
Surely Mark the rings are only half of the battle, the rail also has to be able to marry up repeatedly too. Jim.
As long as you have a picatinny rail fitted securely then the mount will be repeatable 👍
Send it.
That's nice but no ear defenders !
