This was one of my very favorites. So glad to see that Brian made it through without crying, and we all know that’s because Michelle was there to protect him🤣
Amazing! The filming of this ,outstanding....I did get a few chills watching this and I have to give you both credit for doing the tour.Thank you for another fantastic video/ vlog...
What an absolutely awesome video! How very interesting and great job putting it all together in sync with Shawshank clips. We’re faithful followers of all your videos. You two do a great job and we really look forward to all your videos! Excellent!
Think this was your best video ever. The tour guide was AWESOME!!! And your editing was fantastic. Thanks so much! As a former Buckeye myself..O-H-I-O!
Wow, what an awesome tour! If Mansfield Prison wasn't already on my bucket list of things to do and places to go when I come to America, it sure is now! I am very interested in history and I love the movie, but I am also sensitive to spirits. Also afraid of heights. Nothing will stop me from touring it, though; just got to save the money and book tickets to America!
This is so well done! The clips from the movie are so strategically placed. I would love to tour this place but would be totally creeped out. Now I want to watch the movie again.
It is fun to watch you guys go thru a very spooky spot. The prison is known as one of the scariest places. I have lived in Mansfield all my life but haven’t taken the tour only been there when there was special events. Now seeing this my husband says he will go with me to a tour but not one of the haunted tours. Love watching you guys.
Thanks guys for visiting this prison. Hubby and I were planning on touring this place but now we don’t have to. You guys spared us some nightmares😳 Wow! What a place. It sure is creepy. Loved the movie, but seeing this video gives us a much better perspective on what this place really was. Thanks again. Happy travels and stay safe👍
Brian & Michelle, thanks for taking one for the team! 😱 No way we have any interest in going here! But what a great video you put together - from the perfect music to set the mood to the movie clips. Great work! And I always love your expressions. 😳 🫣 😁
Great Video, I use to have to work at the prison behind the Reformatory, RiCI that was built on the old Reformatory yard. It was creepy just being near it. Glad you guys got the VIP treatment…
Y'all are so funny and fun to watch. I love that Brian is so protective of Michelle😂😂😂. Keeping her close for her protection😂😂😂. I was wondering if they had some sound/broadcasting equipment in the "off limits" area...I wouldn't go there to find out...just wondering.😉 Thanks for bringing us along.❤🙏Jane in SC
Great video, loved how put in the clips of shawshank. While we were watching a storm came through and right when Brian was showing haunted part our power went out and blinked off and on like 5 times lol we were like WHAT? I worked at a maximum prison in PA for 10 years. A inmate died in cell and his call button would randomly go off while cell was empty. I also worked in a old psych hospital here in NC and it is definitely haunted. Great video, we love you ! Andrea and Will
Planning a trip there later this year. Thanks for the preview. Also I wanted to compliment you on your shots and editing. Top notch videos you guys produce. Excellent eye.
WOW ! That was fascinating ! I may have to watch this again along with the guided transcript. If those walls could talk, seems as if they were ! Thank y'all !!
Thank you both so much for the info and the awesome video!! We had no idea about this place two years ago when we were staying at Kenissee Thousand Trails. we saw your video about a month ago and we were going to be staying at kennisee again and heading up towards Michigan so we went an hour out of the way so we could come here! We just took the tour today and we are watching your video again now!! Last week I snagged One of the last spots for this weekend, they are closed tomorrow, so we cut our trip short at Thousand Trails and found a harvest host 20 minutes from there. And actually a harvest host farm that you could buy BBQ from, Pay for electric and pay for an extra night stay! They are some of the nicest people and we got to hang out with them and their horses and cool dog last night! Worked out perfect because we went in for the 1030 behind the bars guided tour and left at 5 PM!!! We barely finished!! The place is incredible and the tour was fantastic!! Thank you guys again so much for doing this video!! I will be passing along the word to everyone I know to check this place out!!
Live in Indiana…SR is one of my all time favorite movies….looking for nearby adventures. But, this was done so well. I’ll pass & give my arthritic legs a tour of something else. Great vlog !! TY !! Great adventure….Love your rendition of a prison documentary.
Oh my gosh, never in a million years would I tour this place. I have never liked creepy or scary stuff 😳😬 you are both braver than I am lol! Michelle I loved how you were always leading the way 😂😂 Brian I have to say you looked a lot more nervous than Michelle 😂, but again you are both braver than me 😂 so who am I to say you looked nervous lol. Safe travels!!
Oh my goodness. What a video. Good job, you two. You guys are doing a great job. Sometimes, we get tired of the same things. Can't wait to see where you go next. Thank you.
Wow. Excellent video processing. Loved the music and how you put so much time into this production. We recently visited the historic Montana State Prison in Deer Lodge, MT. It was luxury compared to this one, but still a horrible place to live.
I saw a orb in your video. When you enter the room with the sign on the door saying "do not close door" and there is a single chair in the room, well when you comment "hey dont go far" a second later an orb moves across the wall forming an arch over the chair lol. So glad you were protective of your wife and wanted her close lol, close to protect you I imagine hahaha, you two are so cute and funny. Love all your information you give in all your videos about the history of the place you are in.
We really enjoy your videos. We have followed you all on your adventures from the beginning. In my opinion, The only thing I feel would improve your videos would be to cut them down a tad. Sometimes 25+ minutes to me is a tad too long to hold my interest. But please keep the videos coming, your filming is amazing!
I watched this great video this afternoon. Tonight my husband and I watched The Shawshank Redemption. Thank you for the heads up. It was a great movie! Have a blessed and safe 4th of July.🇺🇸🎇🎆
Wow, real close to our old hometown. Never visited there. After watching your video tour, can't say I ever will either. I have enough voices and strange sounds floating around in my head. No room for any extras from the outside world......lol Safe travels my friends !!!
Happy 4th of July weekend! Wow Brian your skills just keep growing. I saw the special effects, good job! I just read about a dozen of the comments. I had a very different reaction in watching. I was so sad, the 14 foot hole 🕳️ really got to me like OMG. I know these men broke the law, but that just goes beyond punishment!! A lot of horrific deaths in that prison. I just felt it as I watched. You two always take us where no other channel dares to go 🤣🤣. Hope you’ll be eating lots of Hamburgers and Hotdogs, don’t forget the Watermelon 🍉 seed spitting contest! Be Safe! ❤️
Interesting story and I will have to say an epic tale of excellent story telling, videography, and editing in clips from the movie! Excellent work! Oh P.S I don't think I'm brave enough to tour it! LOL So, thanks again for the awesome video! ~Lynette
Next time you are in Tennessee, you should see Brushy mountain state prison... it will send chill down your spine. We visit it last week...my son, like it, me not so much...
Believe me she's not innocent, that was too funny! Interesting video guys. Brian, you did a really great job editing on this one. Thanks for sharing. I have the movie on DVR but have yet to watch it. I will have to do that soon.
You weren’t too far from my hometown of Canton, Ohio, when you were at the prison. When I worked for the Timken Company in Canton, I had to occasionally drive to their Bucyrus, Ohio, plant as part of my job. It was a straight shot west on route 30 through Mansfield.
Ha! Brian you are so funny. Love that movie. We need to take you on a tour of the Farrar School. It's similar to that place. Just smaller. Love you guys!
Very cool video! I will put that prison on my list of places to visit. My husband and I went to Eastern State Penitentiary in PA and it was cool but creepy! Did you have any paranormal experiences? 😂
WWHATT!!!REWIND TO:18:40 Minutes-ish and watch a 'Male Figure' walk by in the doorway through the cell bars, behind the three of them, 'it' goes from Right to Left through the bars, at 18:52 Minutes-ish watch 'it' go back from Left to right😮Ummm?
That was just one of the workers there and then his shadow. I seen that during editing and freaked me out too. 😂 Mainly because I didn’t see him walk by when I was filming but remembered he was there.
This was one of my very favorites. So glad to see that Brian made it through without crying, and we all know that’s because Michelle was there to protect him🤣

Terrific video! I took my kids to tour the Reformatory about 10 years ago. It was fascinating!
This is the best video you've made! Spellbinding! Thanks! 💯
This is so well done! The clips from the movie are so strategically placed. I would love to tour this place but would be totally creeped out. Now I want to watch the movie again.
Wow! So entrenched in this one! Some of rooms 😱

Love the suspense! The choreography was done great! Keep them videos coming! 👀
Brian, awesome video and very informative and interesting. ❤❤
Awesome video! Thanks so much for sharing it with us 😊
Excellent video. Brian, you earned a “best actor award in portraying a frightful performance “.
Acting? 😳 😂 😉
Amazing work on the transitions between your tour and the film clips!❤ You just keep getting better! Jane
Brian & Michelle, thanks for taking one for the team! 😱 No way we have any interest in going here! But what a great video you put together - from the perfect music to set the mood to the movie clips. Great work! And I always love your expressions. 😳 🫣 😁
Awesome video. Brian you could be a movie director/editor for sure. You missed your calling.
Love the expressions, the place looks awesome.
Great Video, I use to have to work at the prison behind the Reformatory, RiCI that was built on the old Reformatory yard. It was creepy just being near it. Glad you guys got the VIP treatment…

Loved this video…..one of the best ones ever!
Great video. Your tour guide knew his stuff.
That was an amazing tour of the prison, watched the movie several times. So funny and gave me chills several times. 🙂🤩

Thanks for the private tour. Well done!
Great job! Loved watching this one!

Great video. What a awesome tour and the staff was very knowledgeable. Your videos get better and better!
Great video, thanks for taking us along! Prisons are a horrible place but had to be extremely horrific for anyone sent to that prison! 😢
Awesome video! Thank you for taking us along with you.

That's a hard NOPE for me. Great music selections, definitely adds to the mood.
I think you’re both brave to go in there, I was freaking out the whole video. Thank you for braving it.
I live just up the road! How cool that you were nearby! My husband & I love watching your videos each week!
🧡

Brian, you are so funny, This makes me want to go there and i love watching this movie. I have seen it more than 2 dz times. 1 of the greats.....
Our power went out just as you were in “Brook’s room”!! Really got our heart racing!
I bet it did! 😳😱😂
Loved that you took us here. I like these kind of videos. Very haunted prison for sure.❤
Whoa! This place is big and spooky.. I've never heard of it..
We really enjoy your videos. We have followed you all on your adventures from the beginning. In my opinion, The only thing I feel would improve your videos would be to cut them down a tad. Good show you two!
That was fascinating! Wow. Thank you for the fabulous tour.
Wonderful tour! Thanks so much!
Very cool ! Thanks for the tour! We’ll put it on our list to visit …..But not at night 😬
This was so fascinating. Thank you. It makes me want to visit it.
Lived 25 miles from there and never toured the prison. Great video!
I watched this great video this afternoon. Tonight my husband and I watched The Shawshank Redemption. Thank you for the heads up. It was a great movie!
Have a blessed and safe 4th of July.🇺🇸🎇🎆
Hey Brian and Michele, This is one of your very best episodes. I smell academy award! Take care! Having fun!
🧡
That place was awesome. I was there a few years ago and loved it. Going back soon and do the night tour. Awesome video :)
Wow, real close to our old hometown. Never visited there. After watching your video tour, can't say I ever will either. I have enough voices and strange sounds floating around in my head. No room for any extras from the outside world......lol
Safe travels my friends !!!
😂 🧡
I saw a shadow in the door way after the scene of the attic. Did you put it in the scene?😮😮.
I saw it!!!!
That was one of the workers. It freaked me out during editing because we didn’t see him walk past there when we were standing there. 😂
How fun to watch. Thanks.😊
Happy 4th of July weekend!
Wow Brian your skills just keep growing. I saw the special effects, good job! I just read about a dozen of the comments. I had a very different reaction in watching. Ya, I agree on the hole.... Ugh
We totally agree. Regardless of what someone does, it shouldn’t give anyone else the right to commit what should also be a crime.
Very cool...great video
There is also a music festival held there called Inkcarceration. Music on the grounds, tattoo artists, and of course tours.
They have Halloween tours!!! The chills are real
Cool video! You definitely have a calling as a videographer/director! You can put “director’s chair” on your van seat!
So nice of you. Thank you! 🧡
Interesting story and I will have to say an epic tale of excellent story telling, videography, and editing in clips from the movie! Excellent work! Oh P.S I don't think I'm brave enough to tour it! LOL So, thanks again for the awesome video! ~Lynette
Loved this video! Added it to our “to do “ list! Was it a private tour? I think we would do the night one!! 😳😬😱
It was a mix really, partially private and part with the tour guide.
LivingRVisions version of Scared Straight! EEEKKKK!!! :)
Next time you are in Tennessee, you should see Brushy mountain state prison... it will send chill down your spine. We visit it last week...my son, like it, me not so much...
Very interesting. Just added it to our ‘places to visit’ list. 💕. Safe travels! Happy 4th 🇺🇸
🧡🇺🇸
Lol old “sparky” is what we called the execution chair. It is a great place to visit, really creepy.
Believe me she's not innocent, that was too funny! Interesting video guys. Brian, you did a really great job editing on this one. Thanks for sharing. I have the movie on DVR but have yet to watch it. I will have to do that soon.
Great video’s.

This video was really interesting and i giggled all the way through 😅 x
This was Fantastic ❤️🤍💙🙌🙌🙌🙌
Lol the wife goes first, very creepy, love the guys eyes😂
Very cool video! I will put that prison on my list of places to visit. My husband and I went to Eastern State Penitentiary in PA and it was cool but creepy! Did you have any paranormal experiences? 😂
Just a few weird noises but no pushing or punching thankfully 😂
Fascinating and creepy episode. I'm with Brian. Nopey nope on some of those rooms and places. The lone chair room ..... 😮 👻
Marilyn C
Many old prisons are haunted, even ones still in use. You should visit the Anamosa State Prison.
"Oh Frank"....thanks for taking us along. Now we'll be watching Shawshank tonight ~ Editing just gets better. Happy 4th to y'all
🧡
I live 40 minutes away and have never been there... I've always wanted to.
Thank you
This is a very popular spot during Halloween season. Of course, you wouldn't catch me going there
WWHATT!!!REWIND TO:18:40 Minutes-ish and watch a 'Male Figure' walk by in the doorway through the cell bars, behind the three of them, 'it' goes from Right to Left through the bars, at 18:52 Minutes-ish watch 'it' go back from Left to right😮Ummm?
Oh, man! That's freaky! How did you even see that??!!
Hi Garry. I was looking at that door to see if there was anything and sure enough, there it was.
That was just one of the workers there and then his shadow. I seen that during editing and freaked me out too. 😂 Mainly because I didn’t see him walk by when I was filming but remembered he was there.
This was very interesting 🤔 it was fun!
Been there many times for an overnight ghosts hunts. That place it awesome!!!
Very interesting
WOW You guys did a great job of this video. Makes me want to ,o oh wait a minute, I dont think Ill go there. You over did yourselves guys. Really Good
😂 🧡
👻👻👻👻👻👻 thanks very cool building
Nope, won’t be going to that place…😮😮😮
Happy birthday 🎂
🧡🤓
Been there! Great during Halloween!
I’ve toured there but did not encounter any ghosts
Omg you missed the best part not walking back further!!
Do you want to know the simple way to tell if somewhere is haunted or it isn't? It isn't.
Would that be lead based paint peeling from the walls?
Probably so
