I know *Into the Spider-Verse* incorporated a bit of this comic into the film. But I still think this comic story deserves its own dedicated animated film! The actual/original story of how these two met for the first time.
The Mysterio travelling to other earth thing is also used Spider-Man Far From Home. Granted unlike Mysterio in this comic, the "I'm from another earth" multiverse backstory Mysterio have to convince Peter in the movie was a made up lie by him.
