  • A short demo making the Pomegranate hair bow - material preparation to finish.
Unless you're lucky and have good double sided faux leather, apply heat transfer (HTV) vinyl to the back of the faux leather.
Cut the template and go ahead to gather the bow :)

This came out so cute! Where is the floral fabric from?

Thank you @Michelle Beattie :) I got it last year, I think from Amazon.

What kind of glue did you use? Love it. Came out beautiful.

When I glue htv to leather of face to face faux leather I use super glue gel. Hot glue won't hold it at all.

What settings did you use when you cut the vinyl and faux leather together? Force, speed, passes, blade depth? I have a silhouette, not sure if the silhouette studio is different from the cricut application.

Hey Courtney, this was cut on Cricut Maker, but on Silhouette Cameo 4 I usually use the Autoblade at depth 10, force 12 and speed 1 with 2 or 3 passes. Slow speed is key. If the blade is dull you may need 4 passes.
