Hi! The reason the HTV isn't sticking to other materials is that it requires a higher heat and more pressure than a home iron. If you have an Elna press or a heat press they will adhere really well. Also, make sure you press after removing the carrier sheet, it will help it bind better to the textile you're using.
Lesley Simpson you’re probably better off looking on Facebook for print shops and joint some bow making groups or craft groups. There’s lots if you look for them!
Briana Sligar I’ve spent almost 8 years finding and building up my suppliers. Have a look around on the internet and see what you can find for yourself
@@ElliePopsBespoke That's so true. We spend a lot of money trying new suppliers and we have to try to protect our business as best as we can. You offer such amazing advice and all you ask of us is to invest time in searching for certain things - for ourselves. I can't fault your logic x
@@Sooz3112 not only that, but suppliers I use may not be available in certain countries, so it’s always good to research in your local areas. You may find an amazing supplier that perfect for you! I get my material from all over the place so I can get a big variety of things.
Very helpful, thank you x
Thanks for the info. Will have to try this when I get a bit braver 😂 xx

Where do you buy the velvet?
Where do you buy the applicaes and what size are they?
I buy them from a page on Facebook. They are made to fit the bow I’m making
In another video you stated you get most of your fabric from China. Do you get it off eBay or a specific website?
I love your videos btw. They are very helpful!
Thanya Mancillas Ali express is good for fabric if you want to wait for delivery or join my Facebook TH-cam group for links to other websites

Do you think it'll work on a suede boot?
Evie Vitela most likely yes but be careful with heat! Do it at your own risk!
@@ElliePopsBespoke thank you
Thank you
How big are the clips please?
I use 65mm
It will stick to any kind of fabric with a heat press. Iron needs to be on a high setting and need to iron longer with a bunch of pressure.
Sara Tx Heat presses are expensive - this is a great way for crafters to add small transfers without the expense of a heat press
