El refrigerator lo pondría dónde han puesto la mesa,a ésta la cambiaría por una opción plegable por si hay invitados o pondría una más grande en la sala donde también se pueda usar para comer,hay mesas que se elevan incluso

Nice. I want a 7 x 7 with a second tiny loft opposite and a tiny bedroom bottom floor. Also, room for a small dining table instead of desk w/ two chairs.🙂
It's a nice setup for a starter home, but not suitable for elderly or family.
Many people have disabilities & stairs are obstacles.
A main floor bath & bedroom is needed, a 2nd floor bed & bath for a caretaker is also needed.

I have friends in their late 50's to late 60's with mobility & vision issues. #1 on their list for a smaller home is NO STAIRS !

I assume the refrigerator is hidden under the counter. I need a 10 cuft size at least. Really like the bathroom as I use a stool and stepping up is hard.
So many of these lack closet space. Where do you put stuff? I mean, where do you even hang up your coat when you come in the door? Or store your broom and vacuum cleaner? The designers of these little boxes just do not even think about such things.

這廁所在最裡面又沒窗戶是很不通風的，而且收納處很少，大門進來一桌椅容易嚇到人也容易擋住門，算是重看白不中用的設計
