Thats it for me too, only roof on floor with wall 1,6 or 1,8m and house can be from 7x5 to 8×6

This two bedroom, two bath home is actually full of Potential that was not adequately captured. The floor plan as you lay it out is fine but I would make some tweaks in a build. There needs to be a second point of egress downstairs and as the upstairs area has a balcony that one can walk on, it meets code. I did not notice the total square footage being posted but I’m estimating it’s around 6 to 700 ft.² The fact that the bedrooms are both upstairs lends a great open field to that lower level that could be used better for larger entertainment area.

Si está bonita la casa, pero tiene unos detalles
Empezando por el baño. Una puerta corrediza hubiera estado bien. El WC. hubiera quedado bien seca de la ventana es un espacio desperdiciado un mueble esquinado, lava manos completó con gabinetes. La regadera negra. algo largada,.. esos fueron las cosas que no me gustaron, 🧐 🤔 pienso en otras. ideas
