This is truly a tiny house. I'd have a two-burner cooktop and a single-bowl sink in the kitchen to allow a little counter space, and I'd install a more practical woodstove and shield the TV from its heat. If I lived here alone, the glass-paned bathroom and bedroom doors would only inconvenience guests. But the general plan is functional.

Yes, I agree. I've seen countless "tiny homes" that are just too small & feel so cramped. This would be a better option, not so claustrophobic. Imagine if every homeless person had a small place like this for shelter instead of life on the streets. It's perfect for an individual/couple or make it a tad bigger (two bedroom) for a small family to call "home." 🙂

I’d put the window above the dining space and solid wall behind the TV.

This is super cute! The counter is too tall for shorties like me to sit at, though 😂

Why would you have the tv blocking the window & the table & chairs staring at a wall?

The TV is a wee bit close to the woodstove😮

I thought the same thing. Get rid of the two vases & slide the TV down a bit so it is closer to the counter or mount it on the wall to the right of the window, above the dining area. That would open up the space to serve as a window bench or place the books on there & then use the cubby spaces below for storing shoes/misc. items.

Get rid of the TV that's blocking almost half of the natural light from that window. Not everybody wants a TV.

Having a Porch is a waste of space which could have been put to better use. Maybe by making one of the rooms larger.

My dream is to have a small single or double home with a porch! 🙆‍♀️🌹

Bathroom shower, does it have a hole for drainage? Love the outside, and it is perfect! But just a tiny bit larger; tiny house, would work perfectly for me. Very sweet home !!!! So cute and not too much lawn to handle jsut a nice size for a single or couple, I may want washer nasd dryer in that area though, as it would work perfectly.

Для тропического и субтропического климата, на одного-двух взрослых, которым надоел город и хочется побыть в тишине.

There is no second entry... that's a big no-no... maybe put one in the bedroom and have a small patio out there.

Did anyone else ever notice that no provisions are ever made for ironing boards? 🐩

Ironing boards are the devil's work and should never be permitted inside a home 😂

On a more serious note, I live in the 300 ft² house and I use the countertop or my desktop as my ironing surface on the rare occasion that I need it. I just lay down a towel folded in half and iron my little heart out. I find a spray bottle works better for most things. Just spritz it down with water, shake it out, and it's good to go.

Why cover your the windows with the TV and the bed in the bedroom? Also, I hate opening the bathroom door to the toilet. I currently have this in my studio apartment & hate the toilet as the focal point for the bathroom.

A tv that close to a woodburning stove will be ruined.

Individual puff cushions on a couch is not a good idea. I know from experience and other peoples houses and it ends up becoming a sink hole overtime. And not too far down the road. It looks nice but it’s not practical.

This is not legit. 5x6 would be big enough for a bed. The front kitchen would be 12’ plus the bathroom would be another 6’. Nope… this is not legit.

I live in the 300 ft² house and do just fine. Plenty of space for one person, cozy for two.
