I appreciate that this video includes suggestions for avoiding crystallization when printing with filament made from PET bottles. Most videos about homemade PET filament only discuss how to make the filament and do not discuss how it is different from printing with PLA or PETG. Thanks!

To resolve the resistance of the filament, try cut the tires with base on the width of the wall, a 0.2mm thickness wall, will have the length of the stripe is 1cm, 0.3mm will have a 8mm.

I can almost always get transparent prints if I dry filament at 70 C, and print at 260C

Is it only meant to be used with direct drive extruder?

I can't give you a specific number, you have to find the correct value for your specific case. Sometimes, even with different 3D models and different brands of filament, you have to make changes to the settings for each specific case. You have to find the correct value by doing experiments. I guess the correct number is somewhere between the two numbers you mentioned.

There is an ironing option, maybe this will help you to erase the traces of lines on the upper part of the model

Hello dear friend, I have a big request for you, please write me all the settings of this 3D printer in order to print this bottle, I just can’t find the exact settings for the bottle

It is necessary to do tests with small models to find the exact settings for your printer and the bottles you use. I constantly change the settings, because each model, each situation requires different settings. I'll give you some examples that I'm currently using, and then you should change them depending on the results.
      I use a temperature of 245 degrees
The bed heating is off but I use paper glue
      Flow 164
build plate adhesion type - brim
brim line count 2 (if your model is tall and comes off, make more 6 and more)
I turn off the retraction option and turn on combing mode.
3D printing is constant thinking and learning. It is not to set some settings and stop thinking about the settings. Before each print, some change is required, and a lot of experimentation.
I have seen what precise things you are doing, well done I am impressed!

If youre thumbnail actually showed the bottle you recycled, and the 3d printed bottle you made lol that would be first step to star trek replicators. Youd be taking a bottle, breaking it down and rebuilding it and breaking it doen and again and agaun and itd remove all bacteria probly lol
