      Hi Mohammed! 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing your personal experience with us! It's wonderful to hear you're getting used to the stretches and your back pain is relieving. 💪🙂 Well done! You can be so proud of what you've already achieved - it's so important to take care of your body and your health! Please continue to repeat this stretching routine regularly, so you can keep your spine flexible and pain-free in the long run. 😍 Just one very important tip, particularly if exercising is painful at first: always use your personal pain scale from one to ten as a guide when pressing, rolling, or performing stretches. You will get the best results if you always work at a level eight or nine which means you feel intense pain, but you can still breathe calmly during the exercise and do not have to tense up. This applies to all exercises. 🙂
      Best wishes!

P.S. If you don't mind writing about your experience in a quick review on facebook, that would be awesome. 🙂👉 lie-br.com/fb-cm3-rev Such reviews can motivate other people in pain to try our exercises and help themselves against their pain, too. Thank you in advance for helping us out! 🙏

    Where to buy these products?

      Hi there 🙂
You can buy our products in our online shop. 👉🙂 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-shop Unfortunately, we're not able to ship our products all over the world, so if you're not living in one of our shipping countries, don't worry! You can always use comparable items that you've already got at home and that are similar in size and shape. 🙏 Perhaps you have a cork from a bottle that can be used as our osteopressure tool, a little ball to use as our foam massage ball, or a belt that could be used instead of our stretching strap? 🙌🙂 If you have any other questions or if we can help you with anything else, please just contact us again.
      Best wishes,
      Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

These are really painful for my hands to hold myself up. I want the deeper stretch though. is there something I can do to help that?

      Hello Chelsea! 🙂👋
Thanks for your comment! If you find it difficult to hold yourself up due to your painful hands, you can always try our exercises on a sofa or bed for some added comfort. 🙏 Or you could put a pillow under your hands if that's more comfortable for you. 🙂 We also have another stretching sequences to help with back pain that you can do standing up. 😊👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-cebackpain We hope this helps! If you have further questions, or if we can help you with anything else, just contact us again!
      Best wishes

I like this channel but I think Yoga movements are better than most of this. There are similarities …

Thank you! 🙏 You're right, some of these stretches are similar to yoga poses. 🙂 But our exercises are particularly designed to relieve and prevent pain, as they target key pressure points within the body to help it relax, release any built up tension and treat the underlying cause of most pain conditions. 💪 Please learn more about how our pain therapy and exercises work in this article. 🙂👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-therapy If you have any other questions, just contact us again.
      All the best!
