    Thanks so much dr. Today i was feeling overwhelmed and kind of sad from work. As i am an introvert a bit of extreme side, kinnd of hard for me to chit chatting with others. You know in work place you have to b sociable with otheres. So sometime i kind of felt left out and not being giving respect since sometime i ask the question directly. I said things without any filters so it may b sound harsh to the one who listen but I didn't really mean that way. Plus i m still learning english as second language. Anyway found out your video and feel relieved. Like had been taking off big heavy rock off my chest. I sincerely thanks you.
