Kate Lott is Voctave’s amazing soprano. I enjoyed music for all 76 of my years, and I don’t ever recall hearing such a high voice that never makes me cringe, but I always want more. Most Acapella groups I’ve heard have an amazing bass.Voctave has Kate plus their amazing arrangements and harmonies. “You Will Be Found” will really blow your mind, as they add a virtual choir.
Your expressions and reactions are priceless! Love seeing how your very soul is touched by their music. Would love to see you react to VOCTIVE's "The Impossible Dream" and "Someone Like You" ... they take you into another dimension with their incredible, astounding voices! 👍🤗💞
Loved this. Liked and subscribed! Kate Lott (1st Soprano) is everything. Please react to "Mary did you know" Mark Lowery ft Voctave. You won't be dissapointed, I promise 😁!
Hi Sam , Voctave are just brilliant , every one of them has been a soloist/lead singer at some point in their careers I believe. Kate Lott (soprano) beautiful tone and her husband are contracted to Disney in Orlando Florida. The other high soprano Tiffany is awesome as well though not quite as high as Kate , does the lead in Voctave's version of 'The Impossible Dream' with an orchestra and choir. It's magnificent. There is also their acapella version of this song which was done 3 yrs earlier than the live concert. Have a great week Sam. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
They are one of the big 4 A Capella groups, PTX, Home Free, Voice play, Voctave. They are all exciting and amazing in their own ways. Yes Kirstie is from PTX, and no they are not together now. Lovely reaction though!! Keep doing what you are doing.
Love your facial expression!so some you must hear/see.Great videos from them you could react to: Mary Did You Know featuring Mark Lowery, who wrote the lyrics to the song O Come All Ye Faithful Disney showstoppers medley Man With the Bag ( jazz) Over The Rainbow Someone like you The great movie medley
Ahaha I had the same reaction at the end: :O Always fun watching new people discover their performances, keep up with them pls ! Great videos from them you could react to: O Come All Ye Faithful Disney showstoppers medley Voctave ft. Rachel Potter Poor Unfortunate Souls/I Put A Spell On You Someone like you The great movie medley
It is pronounced like the musical term "OCTAVE", two syllables. Kirstie and Jeremy are no longer together. They got engaged in 2016, but broke off engagement in 2017. Now, she is dating film maker/photographer Ben Hausdorff (since 2018), who helps out with some of PTX's projects.
Samantha, this is an earlier version of Voctave when they had only 8 members present. They expanded to 11 members by the time they did the "Disney Princess Medley" to which you have already reacted.
If you want to hear the men sing more, try the "Disney Showstoppers Medley", "You Will Be Found", or "O Come all Ye Faithful". Yes, Voctave is mind-blowing for me as well. btw, you pronounced Voctave close enough the last time you said it. Voctave is only two syllables, and is pronounced just like the word "octave" with a consonant at the beginning. I don't think there is an exact Spanish equivalent for the vowel on the second syllable, so you'd have to use a talking dictionary to be exact - but don't worry, many English speakers don't get it exactly right either. The high soprano is Kate Lott, and "Kate" is pronounced with only one syllable. When English words end with a single "e", it is usually silent.
The group pronounces the name with an American accent, so it is "VAHK tiv" (second syllable rhymes with the first syllable of shiver, rather than the first syllable of "shaver".) The name is extremely non-intuitive for people whose first language is not English, and for those who are unfamiliar with the musical term.
We would say Voc-Tive. But I have heard other Brits say Voc-tahve. Probably both are right. Since it is something they made up, you could probably do it anyway you want. Yes, Kirstie (Kirstin) and Jeremy were engaged at the time. But apparently that fell through later. I have no idea why.
Please react to Lara Fabian - Caruso ("From Lara With Love" Concert 1999). Lara Fabian - Mademoiselle Hyde (live 2016). Lara Fabian - Je Suis Malade -> French and English subtitles ("From Lara with Love" Concert 1999). Jonnhy et Lara Fabian - Requiem pour un fou (1998) (16 million views on TH-cam). Lara is a belgium/canadian singer. Dimash is a huge fan of her. And she's a performer! She is something else!
This is a perfect arrangement with perfect execution. Did anyone notice how Kirsten held that last note? Omg 4 full measures!
