Al...I was just going to let you know that my exchange with you a week or two ago prompted me to buy a 1322 with the stock so that I could actually experience the gun rather than talk about it from the sidelines. Now with that said, I stand by what I said earlier...Crosman is selling guns that immediately require more money to be spent to make them even decently appointed guns...like just being able to put a scope on them. At any rate, I took delivery of the 1322 Monday morning...since then, I have devoted a lot of Tuesday and Wednesday shooting it. At the conclusion of the shooting, in all fairness, I will have to say that the 1322 is the most inconsistent shooting gun that I have ever shot and that includes every type pellet that I used...a total of over 350 shots of all combined. It would not shoot consistently accurately with any pellet...it would shoot 2 or 3 good shots and then poi would change for a couple of shots and then 2 or 3 good ones again and repeat the process. Just infuriating...and it is being returned tomorrow for a refund...I do not want a replacement and I think it would just be a repeat of this one. SO, with that said...I am proud you enjoy yours and I am proud that I am returning mine. The 1322 is truly a great concept but it is woefully short on executing when it comes to performance. A $55 Crosman Legacy 1000 will shoot circles around one of these things...at half the price and it comes scope ready.
@jimmy Warren, My hat is off to you. I am truly impressed with your actions. More importantly you have caused me to rethink my position. I was wrong & you, Jimmy are correct. The Crosman Airguns you refer to should indeed modernize and include basic features such as a dovetail to install an optic. That should in fact be included in the basic pistol. Thank you for continuing this conversation. It’s hard for me to adequately express how much you have impressed me. I stand corrected!
@@AlsAirgunsAl, I want to thank you for bringing me to do this...even though it did not work out as I hoped...I still learned from it and it was not a totally negative experience at all...I just wish it had worked out slightly different.
