I often avoid pork because so hard to flavour into the meat. But mushroom is quite a strong flavour. I might try this one, but there’s only my dad would eat it with me, I send him meals because my kids are terrible! Won’t try anything! Rather have Chicago town pizza and smiley faces! We’ve both got a touch of autism but I can eat now. Took a lot of years. I’m cooking a beef curry in the slow cooker. It wasn’t your one I’m sorry to say. But I accidentally clicked on your video, and I’ve watched quite a few now! Subscribed. I like simple tasty food! Your channels great glad I found you fellow northerner lol
