Day 2 At The National: Another MASSIVE Purchase & The Most Incredible Collection I'll Ever See!!

Whether you're a vintage card collector, a modern collector, and into pre war cards, I'm CERTAIN that you're going to be blown away by some of the cards I saw on day 2 at the National. The most incredible private collection I'll ever see was shared by a viewer and member of MidLife Nation!! Cobb, Ruth, Gehrig, Mathewson, and some of the very biggest names in the history of baseball are included. Also, I make two purchases on day two, and one is absolutely massive. I still can't believe it happened, but it did!! What an amazing day. A second straight day at the National that will be a lifelong memory!!

There were probably literally TONS of inexpensive cards as well at the 2024 National in Cleveland! For example, I saw a dealer rummaging through dollar boxes and pulling out cards he believed he could sell for more! 😊👊

WE will go in November, but this is a WONDERFUL preview! The '57 Mays is pure class. I like the '60 myself and have a "tragic" story behind that card. That '19 Mathewson is SO nice and I am pondering that one. Wouldn't the Cleveland Naps be better than Guardians? "BIG TRAIN" 3509 has left the Station ... GREAT VID!

When I see cards like these on display, my collection seems like it was used in bicycle spokes by comparison. That Walter Johnson you bought, my word, what a spectacular 3! I have a feeling that and the Banks will be your July pickups. You think? The Peckinpaugh for $125 seems like a steal, also.

Great looking 3. Grades have almost become arbitrary. Eye appeal is what dictates card values now. The grade gives you an area to start, but the eye appeal dictates the real value.
