Keep putting garages in the designs. Also helps because you can put a washer dryer in a breezeway
Beautiful home plan. I love everything except the window in the kitchen looking at the laundry/mud room. I would probably rather have open shelving there. But everything else, just WOW! Stunning!

It's a cute home. It's different. Love all the wood elements. Love that the laundry is right off the garage AND kitchen. Don't like that the window you look out in the kitchen when doing dishes and whatnot is the laundry room. All in all it's a nice little home.

Just a few changes.
1- open up the entry, ditch that wall between the living room and the dining area.
2- how about a porch on the back of the house?
3- 2 doors on the garage.

Brilliant, long over due design. A beautiful functional home that you may choose to never move from❤ especially for those who want to age from home instead of going to a long term care facility. Plenty of room for family and a live in care provider!
A very rustic home. It seems to have a masculine energy somehow? The floor plan is blissfully uncomplicated. The dining room window is amazing. Great home - would live here!
In the master bathroom, I would add a shower just like the one in the other bathroom. Since there isn't a window in the 2nd bathroom, on the other side of that wall is where I would add it. Being a senior citizen, I would make the master bathroom tub a walk-in...lol
Oh my my, everything freaking awesome !!!! Now this is the Home I like to have...exactly how this one is shown. 😂 😂 yes I know I say that on every build y'all have shown. Dang it is hard to decide on just one...😂 that almost sounded like a Lay's Comercial.

Love that this home has a garage with laundry entry, perfect Master Suite, nice sized living room and dining seats for 6-8. The kitchen is a bit too small though and as much as I love dark woods, it felt like a dark home. Exposed beams are a dusting nightmare. I really think it has potential though. I just wouldn’t do quite as much wood, says one who likes log homes. 🤷♂️

Would like to see this with 3 bedroom and kitchen pantry. Otherwise, like house plan and exterior.
Love this design. I would take out the window in the kitchen and add more cupboards. I would put in a senior walk in tub shower unit in the master bath.

I'm love with the house but I wish it came with 3 bedrooms instead of 2
I absolutely love how small, warm and cozy this house is. I wish you would design a whole line of tiny homes with simple amenities, all ranging from 500sf-1,000sf. Make them warm and use natural materials like rock, wood and stone, but yet keep it rustic and cozy (like this one).
I don't like big homes anymore. None of us NEED more than 1,000sf (unless you have a big family). And none of us need all that luxury. I've learned as I've gotten older...the only thing that matters is that we all have food, water, clothing and shelter...the simple basics in life. And that we should love and help one another. Think how amazing the world would be if we did that. We could end hunger, homelessness and a lot more if we all worked together.
Let's stop wasting money on big fancy houses, cars, toys, etc. and help those who are down and out get the things they need and possibly help them get a tiny home too. Wouldn't that be wonderful instead of them living on the street or in the wilderness?! 😊
Love the garage & laundry in breezeway. I like the floor plan but would make several changes. Not sure about some of the wood walls, closet doors & no tub please or carpet. Not sure of built in in living room. Keep up the good work.❤

A cozy well appointed rustic home that’s also bright and airy with lots of well placed storage is all I need, 2-car garage included with studio above it.

We came in via the back door into the laundry room, which has space that could supplement the rather small kitchen, though the dining area has what could be a pantry closet. The fireplace needs a mantel to deflect the heat from the TV, and to be functional rather than purely decorative, it should be replaced by a gas unit or a wood-burning stove. The garage would only accommodate one American-sized car. ;-) Aside from those points, the plan has potential.
I know that you are an architect, according to your statements. Are you already burned out because you have to get ideas from other house designers? I can understand that, I felt the same way

Put a window in the master bathroom and it will be perfect!
