@@HardwareCanucks agreed, acrylic will scratch wiping it with a micro fiber cloth but you totally sounded like you had no clue why they would want to show anything of the PSU!

The shroud is there to cover all the mess at bottom, that's whole point of it is it not and vertical bracket at back, no big deal taking it off really. Suppose you can't please everyone
FYI Fan controller unit on mine overheated, causing the plastic cable guard to catch entire case on fire in seconds. Had to run mine out of the house from case straps and hose it down
Ive built a monster pc for 6000 dollar and i was first wanting this case pretty badly, but was sceptical about the price. Then i bought it on sale and honestly this case is so underrated. Its superstylish, very resistant to dust. Superslick and elite looking, very ease cable managment, very ease to pick apart and put back and with high end cpu very cooled all the time. Only downsite is that its superheavy. After the build the pc is like 20kg. But its worth the money. Looks like a decepticon.
You are absolutely right at the end explanation. I will only ever buy full towers and they seem to be fading away. I really want to like this but there's so much ROG branding that I don't want it. I'll stick with my corsair 780T. Still the best for looks and airflow imo. The coolermaster c700 though is also very nice, but it's also nothing new. I really hope to see more full towers in the future.

It seems like every mother board out there isn't compatible with the front USB ports. What gives? Even Asus boards don't have the connectors to make the front USB ports to work. According to PC part builder

Problem is - this "gpu support" thing - presses up against the far edge of the card and not the near side, so, it makes it worse lol.

The ROG power supply has a display on it with the wattage. That's why the case had an acrylic psu shroud

Hardware Canucks great presentation! I'm new to your youtube channel, but the acrylic window is for their flagship PSU ASUS ROG THOR 850w or 1200w.
Without the acrylic piece it'll look better IMO. No reflective scratchy mess blocking the side view of the PSU.

I like how this case looks but i need way more then 2 3.5" slots. I also prefer to have at least 1 optical drive though I get its not as common now.

I think the acrylic PSU Panel is placed there with their own PSU in mind. The Thor has an LCD Panel on that Position i think.
