7:14 It hits me! First time i see that...The part you have to glue is the floor of the hull. Not the roof of it. Why nobody have thought that? Is much easy that way and it looks better! Besides that, does anyone really enjoy glue the track one by one? I have 3 kits that i have never finish because they are that way... Allways a pleasure to see your videos, Andy!
I like indylink tracks. What I despise with a passion is having to glue guide horns on. Im pretty sure the guy that came up with that idea hates modelers.
I got the SMK from Takom about 3 weeks ago. I was drawn to it too. I have the Jagdpanther G1 too. SMk a cracking looking kit. A great looking tank for one that never saw real combat.

We take it for granted because Andy's videos are so nicely edited and cut, but it can take a very long time to make these kinds of videos... Building models takes time... People who work don't always have so much spare time dude...
Very Nice. When I restarted two years ago, I only cared about Tamiya, then I found Dragon. Now you get Takom, Meng, etc. Highly detailed amazing kits for fantastic price. Need that Jagdpanther by Meng. Although Takom will do one as well. :D

The Pz.38D was proposed but was never produced. The gun is the 80mm PAW 600 which used a high low impulse system which produced a very low recoil. It's less like a high Velocity anti tank gun and more like a HEAT round projector. The Jagdpanzer 38D looks a awful lot like the E-25.
Andy, I love your videos and I regularly go back to older ones to watch them again. My kind of relaxation therapy while having a break at work. There is one thing I would like to talk about. Would it be possible to use a microphone, like a small one that you clamp on your tshirt for example? It would improve the sound a lot and , in my honest opinion, make the video quality even better. Hoping I didn’t offend you I thank you for filming and editing videos. Greetings from Belgium.
I think the industry (or manufs) need to come up with a marking for the 'theoretical' or 'proto' German vehicles. Some are obvious, but a Pzr 38(D), I would have to look up, I hate looking up stuff when they could simply mark the box as 'Prototype vehicle'.
Hi Andy, I'm looking at building a 1/35 JagdPanther for my next model kit. I would like to ask your opinion, would you go with the Tamiya one or this Meng version? I will be using Friul tracks so the kit tracks are not relevant. Would you say the Meng version is significantly more trouble to put together? I tend to stay with Tamiya as it's in my "safe zone." Lol. But willing to branch out if quality is significantly superior elsewhere. Thanks! PS i won't be doing zimmerit so that's no issue either.
Im new to your channel and I watched the Panzer IV videos because Im getting a Panzer IV for my birthday. I noticed how you use an airbrush to paint the camo textures and paint the model after building it. I dont have access to an airbrush so Ive always used a paintbrush and paint parts and let them dry before adding. I feel so stupid
