Hey DB! You should be able to find lists by talking to the county or searching online. Sometimes they are pretty hard to find, and they "May not" be in your county, but keep looking!

I am in York County, SC and the list is online www.yorkcountygov.com/DocumentCenter/Home/View/2699 . Would these property titles be clear of liens or is that part of the risk you take from buying a property in a tax sale?
Hey! It's most likely NOT clear of liens, but that is a question for the county. You'd definitely want to make sure you did title research to see if there was anything attached to it!
