I got to be a part of the Bananas organization for just one day (subbed in the Banana Band), and let me tell you, every single person in that organization is amazing. The thing that was most shocking to me was just how there seemed to be no perceived pecking order of importance. Between the players, the admin, the ushers, the dj, to Jesse himself, and on and on everyone had such respect for each other and felt important in their own way. It was really refreshing

I was lucky enough to see the Savannah Bananas perform in my hometown early last month, and it was some of the most fun I've ever had at a sporting event
and it's like 4-5 hours, NON STOP entertainment, from the second you get near the park there is something to look at
how much were tickets and what market? just curious because in houston they were hundreds of $ and i wonder if they get cheaper or more expensive in bigger/smaller markets because id plan a trip to see a banana ball game.

I'm friends with their shortstop, Ryan Cox. He played for the summer collegiate baseball team I work for in my hometown of Utica, N.Y. He's truly the embodiment of a point you made in this video, which is that you have to be a good person and genuinely love baseball to be a Savannah Banana.

I went to a Bananas game last summer, and it was awesome!
I live in the UK and would love to see them do an exhibition show here as it looks like such great fun. Plus then I have a better chance of getting a ticket to see them. They're keeping the game of baseball alive and getting those who don't watch baseball to watch, and may even pick up a glove and go play catch with some friends or family, maybe even go watch a real MLB game

Since the Bananas are finally coming to my part of the country, I've been having conversations with my wife explaining why we needed to go to a Savannah Bananas game. Just yesterday I was telling her that the Bananas are like the Harlem Globetrotters of baseball (just like you said), and that it is supposed to be a good show. She asked if it was really THAT good, and I showed her that the Bananas have sold out SEVERAL MLB stadiums this year. I told her, "the show must be really good because they are doing a better job selling out Major League stadiums than the actual Major League teams themselves are."

The game in Houston was fun to see on TH-cam. I am in Canada and online may be the only way I see Banana Ball. They claim to move about 200 people to do an away game and seeign the crowd in Houston shows MOST of the people in colour of the Bananas or Party Animals. Since it is only one game, they moved that much merchandise in that day. Ponder that for cash flow and seem to run a strong online store too. Additionally, the TH-cam presence gives them another cash stream. The organization has money to do fun stuff. Some of the between inning games fail badly but then others do not. I would like to see a game as there is so much activity to see and some good baseball.

I was lucky enough to see the Bananas vs the Party Animals last year at the Las Vegas Ballpark. Pre-waitlist days. Beyond just the two-hour game, the two-hours leading up to the game are entertainment, family friendly, fun filled! Ticket prices were high but it was beyond well worth the cost of admission. I hope they expand their world tour to come to warmer states in the winter and colder states in the summer. I'd pay time and again to see them! Everyone deserves a chance to see the best baseball around!
