Yus, the scoring in American Football does come from Rugby Football Union. Colleges in the US wanted to ban Rugby, but opted to making alterations to make the game safer to play and you ended up with a game now known as American Football.

The Rugby Championship is a tournament between Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. Each team plays the other twice and get tournament points if they win or draw. The team with the most points at the end of the tournament are the champions. (This is not the world cup)
South Africa had something to prove because they won the world cup in 2019, but had not won a game against New Zealand since 2018. I believe it was also the first time South Africa won against New Zealand since Siya Kolisi became captain, which explains why he was so emotional.

The rugby championship depends on who wins the most games and that year New Zealand won the most games and that game that you guys watched was the last game of the tournament so that’s why they got the trophy over South Africa cuz they were top of the table even with the loss

@@shannongeland1939 yeah but usually whoever wins the most games ends up with the most points but sometimes when it’s close like this year a bonus point can have you top of the board like New Zealand this year who have the same wins Nd loses as everyone else but are leading cuz of a bonus point
