The tragic part about Kaku is that he legitimately loved the job that he was undercover for. He enjoyed being a shipwright at Galley-La, so getting fired kind of hurt him inside.

nah Oda wasn't cooking when he did that. There was literally 0 pretense for Lucci caring about Kaku other than the fact he most likely covered for Kaku here and that is why he is now a part of CP-0. Even then Lucci just randomly caring about Kaku and begging for his life felt so out of place.

i love your pacing. youre already at 300. also btw, its customary to watch all the openings in one go once you reach the point before the time skip. watch all 14 pre time skip openings. itll be a lot of fun. youre almost there.
I can't wait for you to mount fights more quickly in the future, it's so much better, it's at the jujutsu and demon slayer level, imagine Zoro in full 4k 120fps, it's magnificent to see You will see the fights will be of a better level, some scenes even surpass jujtsu and demon slayer which are top graphically but one piece of the future has nothing to envy them 🤫😘
I always see Jason so impatient when a Straw Hat member is struggling. Like he always wants the other members to help RIGHT AWAY. Just watch and let the story unfold.

I suggest when you reach the later part of the arc, you should watch 5 episodes in one sitting because it will give you a consist pace and more immersion into the story. If you see Perona attacking Tyant Kuma I suggest watching 5 episodes at once, the story becomes more immersive and the pacing evens out perfectly.
I feel like that's how it usually is with One Piece.. If you watch One Ep. the pacing could be off or you're at a huge cliffhanger n' need more.. Watch 5 in a row especially with the Major fights within each arc and those 2 ep battles feel wayy shorter than expected and merge very well to where you will be after said fights. Great Journey nonetheless..
@@LayedBakLex In a 25 min episode- Recaps, Title Card, Episode intro, Mid credit and Episode Outro, next episode preview eats up around ~10mins of the 25 mins episode, meaning you get around ~15 mins of actual One Piece at max, out of which ~7 mins is build up and ~7 mins is hype and this is the overall problem with One Piece's pacing.

The word you wanted to say for friend was "Tomodachi". When translated into plain English, both tomodachi and nakama just means friends or comrade.. However in some contexts Nakama is used as more special than tomodachi . It's recalling a close, family-like relationship or people that bonded with you through some events and hardship.
