I prefer 3 lol , but they both have too many spoilers. Only option would be 2 with an emulator. 3 and 4 are only on steam.
to give more context to luffy's 3rd gear; its an act of inflating his bones (very important distinction, bones, not muscles) to create larger area attacks and cause more devastation. while gear2 improves speed and inertia, gear3 increases the mass of his attacks at the expense of costing him a bit of speed. but since his inflated body part becomes huge, it kinda compensates for being a little slow. the drawback as shown when it was first used, is that he turns into chibi luffy for a small duration. this is due to his bones compressing back from being inflated, causing him his temporary "baby" state. his attacks (for the most part) get the monicker "giant" (spoken as giganto), like giganto pistol, giganto axe, giganto whip.

my favorit one piece game is called one piece grad advanture, it covers everything up to skypia, u even can play zeff or shanks or hawkeye. its rly cute game, u can play it on ps2 emulator

2:35 Heather not all devil fruit users are imune to bullets. Luffy is because of rubber properties bounce the bullets off. Like Buggy were imune to cuts fro swords. Only all logia devil fruit users are imune to all physical attacks, like Ace and Aokiji.

Gear 2nd all around boost but drains stamina faster
Gear 3rd massive power increase but slower and negative shrinking side effect
SSJ grade 2 all around boost except speed but drains stamina
SSJ grade 3 massive power boost but speed and stamina loss
