To the guy who asked about why are we talking hindutva and religion and not talking about education, unemployment and so on. Well it's an important question coming from an Indian youth but I think an educated indian SHOULD talk about hindutva, caste, religion and neighbours in india before talking those actual important issues you talked about. Because e this is what the current regime will stick to your face when you aak them about those very issues. So fix those stupid issues first so you won't have to fix important ones. The change will come on its own.

Between 34:38 & 35:17, Dr.Shashi Tharoor made a horrible mistake in describing and attacking the stand India took during the initial stages of the Special Military Operations with Ukraine.
There’s no way Dr. Tharoor could’ve been unaware of the multiple causes that eventually led to this conflict, except of course, that he chose to be outright nasty about this issue. The SMO had nothing to do with India, and as such, one needs to thread carefully about how to respond.
This matter has always been on the table, but only became worse over the three decades.
Dr. Tharoor sincerely owes it to all his friends, colleagues, family, followers and country to correct that statement.
One often wonders why an intellectually gifted person as Dr. Tharoor would make such a blonder . The obvious answer is that he doesn’t care for the truth.
Alarmingly, the host never called him out on it, which makes her equally guilty.
Be brave Dr. Tharoor, correct your statement.

What astonishing, that you read many materials on Hinduism and reached at conclusion that the worship of Stones Moorties is what for which universe came into being.sorry for you that you endeavored hard to reach this bloody conclusion.

Shashiji, you talk of Swami Vivekananda, truth and tolerance from about 17:50. May I turn your words into a poem?
Where shall I let my truth lie
When one's truth is another's lie.
My truth is what my mother taught
His truth is what from his mother he got,
Mothers the Lord himself had wrought.
So, heed the words of sage Lalon:
The Lord above is not yours alone.

Tharoor is so wrong to say science is absolutism. Nonsense. He does not know how variable science is.
