The inovative thing about this board is probably the hybrid plate. The combination of alu and pc is wild. While the slider and the screen is a bit much for me. It's overall a nice breath of fresh air on this hobbies
Totally agree, the hybrid plate is something that surprised me more than the novelty features haha.
I really wanna see it trickle down into more customs down the line soon 😁

It’s only worth it msrp. I got the whole set and it’s a step lower than gmk sets imo in terms of quality, feel and sound. But it’s closee! Just dont pay above msrp.

Just a quick correction: So at 1:12 I mentioned that the board would be using a quick detach system over screws, but Wuque Studio has informed me that they'll still be using screws for the final production run boards. Just wanted to let you guys know.
Very confused since all information available about this board so far seems to indicate that this color combo is actually NOT available, unless you perhaps buy a second separate weight. As far as I can tell, the burgundy is only available with gold, rose gold, or copper bottom. If that's true, then that truly is a shame since the gold chamfers & wings with the polished silver main bottom weight actually look so good together. The three gold colored weights to me look awkward since the middle Freya weight is already gold. In some combos you just end up with several different and sometimes clashing tones of gold-ish
I reallllllly hope I can get burgundy with the silver weight...
I have seen and tried this board irl. I would say it's of terrible quality for the price you are paying. I'm not stopping you though, if you like it, especially for the looks then by all means go for it

I absolutely love this board. 100% getting in on GB as soon as it drops. It's everything I want in a board! I just hope they offer a non flex cut PCB. February 6th lets go!

As a gamer i would remove the slide totally and go for the non-pro. Lubed magnetic switches would be insane also..
Although I'm not crazy about the layout, I can't deny that this is one gorgeous looking board. Give me a 75% version.

Wow finally a proper spring mounted keyboard.
sounds great foams or no foams - should be able to tune it to your preference just with different foam selection and switches. The hybrid plate is kinda wild too - I've been wanting to do a half plate/plateless build in something, but this could be an interesting compromise to that. I even noticed on their website they have multiple different configurations for the hybrid plate which is even more wild! This is something innovative and I hope someone can do identical builds just with each different plate so we can get an idea of the various characteristics in the sound and feel of each one! Will definitely be looking closer at this board when the GB goes live

this board and the layout had so much potential to be great, like the split backspace and all the modular components. the 6u spacebar and flex cut PCB really killed it for me though. PVD back weights aren’t really my thing either. i wish they would offer just a brushed/sandblasted back.
I think they might have a rough/anodized unless they changed it after the IC, and I know for a fact they have a non flex cut pub option.

I want this keyboard in that color soooooo bad... I hope it doesn't wind up too expensive but the options are quite stunning. Wonderful review and congrats on getting to check it out!
Sounds very thin and cheap. Not sure why they always push sending 1.2 flexcut pcb to reviewers. If their reasoning is 1.6 nonflex is not available yet then they should wait til it is lol
This is probably going to be a $450-700 board, sending out 1.2 flex pcb to all reviewers is just lazy.
