@@leopard98gaming46 you need to pay attention some of the repetitions have 2 touches per repetition so if you did 50 repetitions you would get 100 touches. In total it's 1000 touches

Challange accepted. I'll be doing this as soon as I get home from my practice with my us academy league team. I'm pretty confident on the ball, so hopefully this will get me to the next level!
#ChallengeAccepted on 7/15. Will reconvene HERE 8/15. I play with some friends mondays thru wednesdays with about 10-14 people so I am looking forward to noticing improvement. Day One took me about 25 minutes to get all of this done. It was slightly wet outside but I was mostly out of practice. Day Two was a much cleaner 17 minutes. Will do weekly updates with the goal to improve my time and, by extension, my touch and accuracy. Ultimate goal for the month is to have this down in ten minutes or less.
So I failed the challenge but I did manage to perform this 3-4 times a week and have improved my time to 15 minutes. Clear results on the field as well!

I have been doing this everyday other than my rest day on a sunday for the last 2 weeks and there’s definitely improvements in my footwork. Would recommend strongly.
After periodically doing this workout for about a year, ive finally beat 7mlc at his own workout. I was following along with no pauses and got the workout done quicker than him

Isaac Lumato that somehiw actually helps you to control the ball Example: a high ball comes you can’t chest control it, you use your head and with the right part of the forhead you hit the right spot on the ball to kinda keep it under control Prime example: Messi’s head control vs Atletico Madrid
Done this workout 7 or 8 of 10 days since you posted it. I already see improvements in my close control, and I feel even more confident with the ball at my feet.
I do 1000 touches as a warm up. It might be a little bit of a long warm up but it’s great to warm up your touch and your body for the upcoming session🔥👊
Hey Michael. I used a workout much like this for my u11 boys two seasons ago (took a few months off coaching bc of Cov-19) and saw phenomenal improvement! I'm not sure if it was from you or another coach on TH-cam. This is a great slick video and I'll be sharing it with both the teams I'm coaching currently. One of them includes my 9 yo daughter. We'll be accepting the challenge together. It's especially helpful for kids in USA who largely don't grow up with a football at their feet!

Day 1 - Drills 1&2 : I can’t do each of the two drills 50 reps in a row but I somewhat have a rhythm to it Drill 3 : I could do all 100 reps fluently Drill 4 : I can do all 50 reps, but I have to go at a slow paste to keep balance Drill 5 : I can do all 100 sole rolls at a moderate paste Drill 6 : I can do about 20 reps at a moderate pace before messing up Drill 7 : I can do about 25 to 30 reps at a moderate pace before messing up Drill 8 : I can only do about 10-15 reps at a moderate pace before messing up Drill 9 : I can do all 100 reps at a moderate pace Drill 10 : I struggle in this drill the most with only doing about 5-10 in a row at a slow pace * This is my baseline ability from the start but will improve in the upcoming weeks

Amazing videos mate! - I can not accept the challenge "as is" due to circumstances that affect recovery opportunity, however... - I've been doing one 1000-touch training + an evening of five-a-sides every week, for several months now after taking a break from football for 10+ years... The results are awesome! I've transformed from "Billy the numb legs" to something vaguely resembling an amateur footballer. A 1000-touch routine is definitely a key. - Looking forward to take it to the next level. I accept the "veteran" challenge and will carry on with one 1000-touch training + a five a side per week. Let's see if takes me to the next level in a couple of years 😅

Well, somehow 8 months passed since this video, but i did accept the challenge, and even after a month i continued doing these type of exercises a lot, and there's massive improvements now, like reaaally big improvements, I'm way better than before. So yeah, this does help a lot.
