I have some ones that look like those off AliExpress. I think they're called lesse carbon cranks. But those ones come in really short sizes. I bought 3 in 150mm and one thats 135mm. I'm building up a bike after Christmas. They look really good, actually I think the finish is better than the elille carbon cranks. I've been running 2 sets of those for a year. I'm not concerned about them snapping
@HeyWattsUpCycling I think so, mine are 367g vs 328g. The difference in weight is the clear coat and the pedal washers are installed. The elilee cranks pedal washers just come in the box.
yup, not sure what the internal structure is, could be completely hollow carbon with no metal frame/support in it. could also be super flexy. high hopes tho.
We'll see how it turns out, if im way off base I'll admit it. I feel I can climb anything on the madone with its 36/30 gearing as I did the steepest climb of my life in thailand on it all while in the saddle. I dont feel like I need anything lower than 1.25:1 gearing, especially being in florida.
@ yeah that’s true in Florida you’re all good. I’m in New England and would at least like the option of going off road on some trails … but in Florida you’re aces
taking new vid tomorrow showing the chainring clearance from every angle with the 46t. I dont think you need any spacers if you stick to 46 or smaller. 48t may or may not, 50t will for sure need offset or crankset spaced out.
What wheels are you using? I can get you wheels that are like 890 gram wheelset, 30mm wide, 25mm internal, 22 deep, hookless, 65 psi max. $833 dollars (excluding any pending new tarrifs).
thanks for sharing, im only interested in running hooked rims tho. all my wheelsets are the same style except the depth, this one ill be using my 40s I have a YT short vid on.
Love to hear your reviews after riding it.
What's the mounting interface. I am looking for an 8 bolt.
this one I got is direct mount, they have other variations to fit shimano chainrings etc iirc.
I bought this brand from Aliexpress, and can say it is good quality at a affordable price.

I wonder if all these come from the same mega factory and are all just private labeled diff brands like wheels are.

Hope the build quality is good as a crank snapping on you could be hella dangerous

Using this mainly on road? That’s a big gear!
