As an African American i must thank our Ethiopian family because your food allowed my health to take on very positive changes Too many of us suffer anemia in our diets which is often ignored or a unconcerned issue of the western world..i dumped the foreign white mucus forming constipationing bread and picked up the dark iron rich Ethiopian injera bread. The iron deficiency has been successfully attacked by eating something that is finally consistent with our health needs..

The Native Americans in the USA was bamboozled and lost their beautiful country, to this day treaties signed long ago are by being broken by the US Government.
