I know that you are a trained professional presenter but you are SO great at this. One of the great gifts of a cooking host is the ability to make people feel like they can do it. That's how I feel every time I watch your channel. P.S. Thanks for the pizza 3 min oven top tip. Thank you!

When I make a stuffed crust dough i leave my dough to rise 20 min before i put all my toppings on.( assuming you use an yeast dough) I love how the pizza comes out.

If you put the biscuits close together tin the pan, they come out nice and soft,if you like them crispier, place them apart.Just my observation of baking biscuits for many many years.

Excellent video! VERY well done. Quick, well organized, and clear. No extraneous sidetracks, and just enough detail. I thought the rolling pin snafu added a little humor too. Just perfect. Every online chef should emulate your rhythm.

I bake a lot but haven't made buttermilk biscuits from scratch in many years. I'm a bread addict and had a craving for them, so I baked these biscuits today. They are delicious with a pot of beans and ham. Also had some just with butter.
I may start making these regularly because I don't have to buy self-rising flour with this recipe.

Thank you, @Jenny Can Cook! The recipe I'd learned to make was really heavy on the lard AND butter because my late husband's family was who taught me, and boy, they LOVE their fats!! Not that I don't love the fats too, but not as much. Your version is more to my liking, but I'll probably keep to the full fat buttermilk, if I can find it. 😉 For some reason, skim milk, non fat yogurt, etc., seems to disagree with my stomach. Maybe something to do with how they de-fat the dairy? Who knows. But I REALLY appreciate your recipes, and how hard you work to develop them and make them easy to make.
    You're a treasure!! 🍭 🌼😍 🌺

The audience began to heckle him and you reminded your guest like the lady you are saying , " Everybody ,does not have the same opportunity ". You were very tactful and that has stuck in my mind when dealing with people since then . So- your show produced good fruit !
