This one took A LOT of research and time to make 😅 It was fun diving deep into Harry Potter lore and I hope you guys enjoy the video as much as I loved making it! Also: I had to cut a scene at 5:12 for copyright, so that's why it's weird there. Sorry about that.
My Luna theory is that her father made up the Crumple-Horned Snorkak to distract her from her trauma of witnessing her mother's death at a young age. No one had ever heard of it because Xenofilius made up fairytales to help his daughter heal and also to give them something to do together. He wanted to keep as close a watch on her as he could because, after losing his wife, Luna was his most precious part of life
What I really loved about Neville was that his whole time at Hogwarts, he was using a hand-me-down wand. Once he was able to get a new one, he was really able to shine. It makes me feel like his lack of confidence due to his wand not having chosen him was what held him back in school. He's always been a bad ass he just needed his own wand and some confidence.

@@Sileste17 Just change the ending. That at least Potter dies too. En that Voldemort just has his snake left as horcrux, and also was smart enough to know that the Elderwand belonged to Draco and he killed him and not Snape. And then a new book where Snape maybe defeats him. At least Snape is a powerfull wizard. In the movies the battle off hogwarts that shield around hogwarts. All those death eaters with there spells and the shield hold. Voldemort 1 spell with a wand that doesn't obeyed him and the shield broke. He truly was very powerfull.
I think Dobby deserves to have his own wizard card, for his brave act against his former owners, and it would be a valuable lesson about how to treat house elves, which of course Hermione would promote.
Neville's grandma is one of the most badass characters in the entire series. Kinda sucks that we didn't see more of her. I love that she was proud of her son, daughter-in-law, and grandson for being heroes and that she didn't hesitate in joining Neville in rising up against Voldemort.
not really for me, because of his grandma he didnt have any confidence. They even thought that he is a squib when he was a child. His grandma also always said that neville isn’t like his parents who brave and auror and this and that. She just love the idea of her kids and grandkid are heroes and actually achieved something. Otherwise, they not really worth it.
@@gigit8234 In HBP, it was satisfying when Mcgonagall stood up for Neville and said, "It’s high time your grandmother learned to be proud of the grandson she’s got, rather than the one she thinks she ought to have - particularly after what happened at the Ministry."
She's a fun character but kind of a bad grandma. She treated Neville like an extension of his father rather than like his own person, and shamed him for not living up to it instead of embracing Neville's own unique strengths and interests. Her love was conditional, only granted after Neville achieved some glory for her to brag about. She would rather Neville risk his life acting like his father than be safe following his own path. She was her own grandson's first bully.
Hermoine becoming Minister of Magic is one of the very few things that Cursed Child actually got RIGHT, I think. Hermione’s honestly perfect for the job in every way- she’s smart, clever, honest, and has damn good morals. She’d be the perfect successor to Kingsley Shacklebolt. Over the years I’ve seen people say that they think Harry would become Minister, and while I think he’d be a good fit for the job, I also feel like he’d have no interest in it, much like Dumbledore. Also like Dumbledore, I could see Harry becoming a professor at Hogwarts later on (after all his kids have graduated), and perhaps even becoming headmaster one day. Harry really found something special in himself in OotP with the DA, and I think he would take well to being the DADA teacher. Also I still say that Fudge giving Crowtch the dementors kiss was completely on purpose- he was a bumbling buffoon yes, but he was also impulsive and desperate to deny the truth and hold onto power.
I disagree, I don't think Hermione was ever interested in a position with that much power, she always seemed to want to keep a lower profile, even in OoTP, she didn't use or threaten to use her power more than Ron, she seemed more low profile, she seemed like someone who would rather fight for the rights of the impoverished than control everything but that's just my perception.
My favorite head cannon of all time is that one of Dudley's kids turned out to be a witch/wizard. This leads Dudley to reach out to Harry for assistance, the 2 of them to grow closer and their kids to bond more. It would also be a chance for Dudley and Petunia to make sure that Dudley's non-magical child grew up better then Petunia had fostering a better relationship between the 2 siblings. I know it didn't happen, but I'm a sucker for the trop of kids growing up to overcome the beliefs and failings of their parents.
According the info from Harry Potter Wiki (Fandom) state that Dudley kid being wizard is only JK's draft and later JK state that "any latent wizarding genes would never survive contact with Uncle Vernon’s DNA."
Neville’s wife is actually seen in the Goblet of Fire right before Harry finds Cedric in the courtyard to speak before the first challenge with the dragons. She’s the blonde girl standing in Harry’s way, with the other guy, both of them wearing those little badges saying something like “Potter stinks” or whatever it said
1. Umbridge should have had a special cell in Azkaban with a dementor next to it, or she, and a few other potentially deserving DE’s should have been kissed. 2. I think Harry should have become DADA teacher when starting his family. (DADA position curse died with Riddle) 3. I think Skeeter should have been arrested and tried as an unregistered animagus. 4. Draco should have had a job that should have helped get rid of Pro Pureblood laws and beliefs 5. I think Harry should have fixed his parents home in Godrics Hollow.
1) no you just hate umbridge as an umbridge hater myself I get it but no 2) no Ron should’ve 3) skeeter wasn’t nearly that evil 4) Draco whiles raising his son to not be a racist but he did it for love not noble intentions 5) don’t have anything to say that would be cool I guess
16:08 i always had a fun little idea/ head canon that lockheart, wanting to remember who he was read his books and retraced his steps and actually fought and ran around with those creatures and people he claimed to have fought and ironically became a great wizard because of it.
I always wanted Dudley to appear in the Epilogue, with a son/daughter who was muggle born, that he accepted. Taking his child to Platform 9 3/4 proudly, if somewhat nervously.
Also, Michael Gambon, Alan Rickman, John Hurt and the actor whom played Fenrir Greyback. Let’s not also forget Richard Harris whom played the first incarnation of Dumbledore and Leslie Phillips whom voiced the sorting hat. We lost many of the cast.
I love the idea of Hagrid taking over for McGonagall as the go between for Hogwarts and Muggleborn families. I am sure the parents took comfort in the stern attitude of McGonagall, but I like the idea that Hagrid would have made the kids more comfortable and excited about Hogwarts. I'm also a big fan of the headcanon that one of Dudley's kids was born with magic and that helped mend his relationship with Harry even more. Especially since it was shown that he was seemingly mirroring his parents attitude towards Harry than any he actually held
@@melkhiordarkfell4354 Ok it just seems so funny that Vernon's very DNA is coded to hate wizards and will absolutely forbid any of his descendants from being magic.
What if Dudley's wife had a family member who was a wizard/witch and it just wasn't known to anyone? And it would be able to get past Vernon's anti-magical genes?
I truly think Neville is an amazing character and probably a remarkable teacher! I think he is kinda underrated! His scene killing Nagini is one of my favorite scenes! 😍 Also, I imagine Arthur's happiness having Hermione's parents for in-laws, having a blast in family reunions!
Here's a little story that I saw about Neville: Neville was known for being a great teacher and always giving students advice. One day, a student, who was walked over and shy (and reminded Neville a lot of himself at Hogwarts) came up to Neville in tears saying how someone bullied her. Neville handed her a Chocolate Frog and said she's worth 12 of the bully. (If you didn't get the reference, Harry said that to Neville in their first year and gave him a Chocolate frog)
"Neville became head of House Griffindor as the bravest student ever, even tho he didn't start out as it." Honestly, that makes Neville's journey in the books and movies even better, he is the semi-hidden main protagonist, starting without incredible wealth or super magical powers gifted by dead parents, he is a normal wizard kid who managed to conquer his fears and become a true hero.
Personally I feel like Lucius should be punished much harder than he had. He literally was one of the closest Voldemort's Death Eaters, made a lot of crimes, tortured an innocent muggles and muggleborns, but while all other Death Eaters, who were alived after the Battle of Hogwarts, went in Azkaban Lucius only lose his reputation. I mean, I can understand why Draco and Narcissa were saved from prison (at least they kinda helped Harry), but Mr Malfoy? - No.
he was a racist and his son married an anti racist and raised an anti racist child... thats a fate worse than death to racists and I'm glad he was forced to watch. knowing that after he dies his son will probably invite a muggle born to dinner.
Well, that's the point. Criminals not always get the punishment they deserve in life. You would be scared if you knew how many nazi officials escaped to South America and lived normal lifes after Hitler's death.
There was a suggestion I'd read somewhere that I thought was really cool ever since. "While at St. Mungo's, one of the staff members gets the idea to try and restore Lockhart's memory by bringing him his own books to read. He comes to think that he really IS the man he presented himself as in these stolen memoirs and sort of becomes the mask... and come the Battle of Hogwarts, the students and staff are joined by a genuinely competent and heroic Gilderoy Lockhart, who finally lives up to the reputation he stole."
Honestly i didnt think his punishment was severe enough. What he did to others is comparable to murder in my eyes. He erased peoples memories of their accomplishments, its like taking a piece of someones life or soul, and did ron and harry ever even tell anyone?? Did his victims ever get justice or their memories back??
@@justinweber4977 to quote the books “if Dumbledore has a hunch its usually true” so its plausible that he suspected Lockhart of being a fraud and hiring him just to see if he was
I choose to believe that Lavender Brown didn't die in the battle (she was still "twitching feebly" when Fenrir Greyback was overcome), and survived, albeit as a werewolf.
I feel Oliver wood could've become flying instructor after hooch retired. As well as harry becoming DADA professor. Also, I think Dudley having a magical son/daughter in the epilogue could've been interesting!
I always thought that Harry should've been the DADA teacher rather than an Auror. The fact that he was able to take on such a hard task as teaching a vastly different group of people such advanced spells like A PATRONUS when he himself had trouble learning it due to his fear, shows his better qualities like patience and dedication. He'd have made a fantastic teacher.
@Astranova That's my headcanon that he'd pop in once in a while to check in on his little gremlin children lol Listen I'd bet MY LIFE that Albus S. would be just as much of a troublemaker as James S. Not the little sht he is in THAT thing. I do agree that a Potter should be in Slytherin, but Lily L should be in Ravenclaw literally it's either Gryffindor or Slytherin for the main cast like COME ON.
But that ignores his love for being a hero. While he may not like being famous, he always idolized the position of being a dark wizard catcher. He saw no other path for himself, even while he was teaching the DA. So while he may have been a good teacher and he does go on to give special lectures at Hogwarts he does not wish to be a teacher. Also he only taught practical lessons, never theoretical or made the DA members do homework.
@@Jedda678 his love of being THE HERO was often called out by Hermione and rightly so. You'd think after his own parents PLAYED HERO (James specifically) he wouldn't want his own kids to worry if their father would come home or not.
I would love a short book (5-10 chapters or so) of the aftermath of the series. A funeral for Fred, Lupin, Tonks, etc, the rebuilding of the ministry and Hogwarts, making things up with Ginny, making peace (sorta) with Draco, Harry meeting Teddy Lupin, Harry tracking down the Dursleys and making peace (sorta), maybe some of Harry's later life...
I quite like the theory that Victor Krum stayed in touch with and continued to visit the Granger/Weasley household after the war. Making an effort to drop by every Christmas, bringing gifts for the Children.
Bruh imagine being a kid and realizing what is basically the Tom Brady or Erling Harland of the Wizarding World being your moms ex. Well I guess Hermione and Ron both are arguably more famous than Krum, still funny though.
I actually enjoyed the cursed child. I do agree the second parts twist feels a little weird, the rest of it was great. The dangers of using a time turner on display. The characters were really good too, and when I finally was able to see it live! Man! Great show. Didn't change my thoughts on "the child" but everyone was extremely committed. The effects were fantastic, and it just felt magical.
I tried it and really didn't like it. There was a fair amount of overacting and too many suitcases! I liked the person playing Harry. Just a quiet, unassuming man. Hermione I do see as Minister for Magic.
I have a theory about Rolf Schamander, which I think would be great if it’s ever considered canon. Following Hagrid’s retirement, Rolf would replace him as the care of magical creatures teacher. He’d be admired by his students due to his grandfather’s reputation, but will often pay respect to Hagrid, who was his mentor.
I bet there's a lot of fanfics about how Rolf and Luna got together. If they ever made a cannon story about it, I'd definitely watch it since Luna's my fav char in the franchise. When my brother and his family traveled to Scotland once and went to a HP place there, they got me Luna's wand and fun fact- they don't know what it's made of lol. Rowling never mentioned it. Someone can correct me if I am wrong too. I do like the fact that the wand is mysterious in that aspect.
With my luck, if I were able to actually live in Rowling's Magical world, I probably would have ended up a squibb. At any rate I've thoroughly enjoyed reading your HP posts, there aren't a lot of people around anymore who want to talk Harry Potter. Thanks for the time you've put in.
Glad to see that Teddy Lupin made a name for himself when he became head boy, because honestly, our house, (that is to say, Hufflepuff,) does NOT get enough recognition. Whenever Hufflepuff is brought up, my twin brother, (who is a Gryffindor) will poke fun at me constantly.
I once saw a comment from a Hufflepuff that brought down both Ravenclaw and Gryffindor and said that only Slytherins cared about them. Thank you for not being like that person because oh boy was it a stereotype.
thank you for getting me back into harry potter (twice). read it first but didn’t spend the time to read every word and rushed it through. second time i was inspired to read it again by these videos (about 6 months ago). and about 2 weeks ago i started reading again and i’m so glad i did. i have really enjoyed the books so far so thank you. i also want to thank you for putting so much effort into these videos. keep it up, they’re great.
@@lunalovegood1580 I have the books but I don’t really have time to read them So I’m someone who loves the movies the most, tho I will read the books once in my life when I’ve got time on my hands
My headcannon is that Slytherin's head of house Slughorn was more strict on punishing pureblood elitist attudes. Pointing out Snape was a half blood helped also that most of the worse purebloods were dead or changed their minds. They also had programs where they worked with students outside their house to make sure they had friends outside the pureblood elites
for harry there, when he married Ginny, he pretty much gained another mother(molly) who is just as caring as his original mother(lily) was, which is honestly heartwarming to see, and yes I know molly is only mother-in-law to harry, yet she has been a mother-figure to him since they first meant, long before he married Ginny.
You do a great job with the creation, editing, narration and explanation of all your videos! Thank you for taking the time and energy to produce them! Learning a lot!
Movie flame thanks for making all these videos and help feeding my love and knowledge for Harry potter Edit: I feel like Neville should’ve gotten chocolate frog card for killing nagini
Actually ghosts are the result of a spell cast in life. St. Nick explains it to harry following sirius's death. They way he puts it its really not a fate anyone would want.
@@stupidstufwtmyfriendthats half true. becoming a ghost does not include casting a spell while you are living. once a witch or wizard dies they go into limbo and they choose there if they want to move on or become a ghost but yes it is not a very good fate after death it is better to pass on.
My favorite fanfic headcannon was from an old Tumblr post. Basically dudley had 2 girls and when the oldest reached age she got a hogwarts letter which pushed Dudley to reach out to Harry and actually put them on good terms. Complete fanfic but I've accepted it in my head cannon
I feel the same. I understand why Dementors had to be removed as they weren't really loyal or trustworthy to the Ministry. They had a tendency to go out of control especially whenever a dark wizard would rise in power. However, I do think Azkaban needed something equally sinister and dark for these prisoners and not just extra Aurors to guard the prison. I wished we, in real life, had something this dark and sinister for our prisons.
@@shara26dimpy two things: 1: I can only assume the aurors, much like prison guards IRL, require specialized training to qualify for guarding Azkaban, and would likely have certain advantages that dementers wouldn't (I.E. recruiting informants) 2: We already have an IRL version of Azkaban, it's called the US prison system
@@shara26dimpy The problem with Azkaban is that it's a prison for everyone. From killers and dark wizards to wizards that committed a small crime and have to spend, like 3 months in prison. I can see why they finally removed the Dementors. The Aurors they hire as guards must be one of the best
I just found out the man who played Xenophilis Lovegood (Rhys Ifans) not only played Dr. Connors in amazing spiderman BUT HE PLAYED RASPUTIN IN THE KINGS MAN. This is crazy because Ralph Fiennes played Voldemort AND the Duke of Oxford (in the kings man)
The two characters that should have had consequences to their actions other than Azkaban, are Rita Skeeter and Fudge. Fudge mentally tormented a teenager personally and allowed Umbridge to harass students and their parents if they got involved. Also wish they included the deleted scenes of Krum in the DH.
@@jordenrisley6761 lol when did any such the happen. The only time she subjected other kids to her quill was as a punishment. I'll look at my copy of Order of the Phoenix later and pinpoint the exact page
I‘ve been so sad about Lavender lately, I always thought she had survived the battle because apparently I interpreted the book in too much of an optimistic way 😔
Even sadder fact: if she did end up dying, that means Ron was actually the love of HER life. Makes her clinginess towards him quite depressing while rereading HBP
I did not know that Hannah Longbottom had taken over Madam Pomfrey's position at Hogwarts. It's kind of sweet how the remaining Longbottom family dedicated their lives to Hogwarts 🥰
7:40 there is a fan short story about Dudley that is so gooood it feels like it was ghost written by Rowling. In the short story Dudley starts a family and discovers his daughter is a witch. And even though they lightly stay in touch through cards and awkward family events they aren’t super close. So Dudley not wanting to repeat his parents mistakes reaches out to Harry for help. It’s such a great story.
Tbh, I'm kinda surprised that Draco and Harry didn't become that close after everything. They were each-other's biggest rival in school and I think that, after everything was over, Draco would have a great amount of respect towards Harry for all his deeds, and Harry would have a great amount of respect for Draco for becoming a better man despite his upbringing. Idk, just kinda feels like it would've been a more natural conclusion to their relationship. Would also be an interesting dynamic to have Draco ask Harry about parenting advice after he became a single parent.
You're absolutely right! Harry should have been best friends with Draco, just as he was with Ron and Hermione, and be there for him any time he needed moral support (and vice-versa if necessary). To me it would have been really delightful to see this development. But that thing about Draco asking Harry for parenting advice would actually be a bit... off seeing as he was too proud to admit he needed help. So most likely Draco WOULDN'T ACTUALLY ASK ANYONE for parenting advice, despite losing his wife.
His mere name says it all: Draco means dragon in Latin. And as far as I know... dragons aren't particularly known for showing their weak side. On the contrary: they're known as proud, fearless, imposing creatures that have captured mankind's imagination for centuries. Maybe that principle is where the Malfoy family's initial pride and hatred toward muggle-borns and half-bloods stems from. And maybe that's why Lucius and Narcissa named their son Draco. But him naming his own son Scorpius is totally WEIRD, and has no logical basis in... anything .
Are you 10 years old or what? Have you read the books, seen the movies? Draco was a bully to harry for like 7 years, they were NEVER friendly, Draco was a fucking death eater. Yeah, draco might have become a better man after the books ended, but the two boys' past prevents them from ever becoming friends, at least in my opinion.
Personally I don’t think the Hermione from the books would ever be minister of magic - like, she’d probably go into the ministry and become an important figure in the fight for non-human rights but I don’t think was the kind of person to go into politics
I’m sort of in between her. I think she could definitely do it but at the same time it doesn’t seem right. And it was the cursed child which is basically non canon cause it’s so bad. Even if it’s confirmed
I feel the same I think Hermione would have really happy to be at a position where she can make news laws for non-human magical creatures as she was really horrified with the kind of discrimination and ill-treatment these all creatures had to face for no apparent reason. I always think Hermione would have made a lot of laws to lessen the discrimination towards werewolves, centaurs, goblins, house-elves and hybrid creatures.
Nah, Hermione can handle politics book Hermione would have hated everything about politics but was also clever enough to realise how much good she could do for her own causes in the seat of ultimate power. Hermione also had a mean streak in her which meant she’d be able to play dirty if she had to. She’d be a great leader, fundamentally good and able to get stuff done.
Random shower thought after hearing Barty Jr’s fate: what would happen if someone split their soul via horcruxes, and after, they received the dementors kiss? If the horcruxes contain parts of their soul, could they partially recover after the kiss since other fragments exist elsewhere? I’d love to hear your take on it
I like to think that the bit of swamp that Fred & George created and that Professor Flitwick left a big of was still at Hogwarts when Fred & Roxanne were students.
One of my favorite headcannons i've ever heard, and one i'll always stick to, is that one (or multiple) of Dudley's kids ended up being a muggleborn witch/wizard and he went to Harry for help/advice on the matter
Fun Fact for 24:05 Cassandra Trelawney, the famous seer. In greek mythology Kassandra the Seer who is the daughter of the Trojan King Priam (The last King of Troy during the Trojan War, and the father of Hektor the hero of the Trojan War in Homer's Iliad) was a Trojan priestess of the God Apollo who by Apollo was cursed to have true prophecies but that no one would ever belive her. She had prophesies of the events leading up to the Trojan War and the events that what would happen during the war (The Trojan Horse for example) but because of the currse no one believed her and the Trojans lost the war. I think it's very interesting how Rowling took inspiration from mythology, latin, folklore, etc. for the names in her books, it's a nice little detail.
in Virgil's Aeneid, " the priest Laocoön, had warned the Trojans not to bring the Greeks' wooden horse within their city walls." Beware of Greeks bearing gifts"...

What a good way of saying Happy Birthday to Harry and Neville. When I read about Umbitch, I thought that she spends most of her life in Azkaban nagging in her cell and demanding every guard who passes by and say "Let me speak to the Minister!".

I didn't know George ended up with his brother's ex...kinda weird. As someone who has yet to read the books, it's cool to see how the changes and characters that didn't make into the adaption.
@@en1ertain20 this might count as victim blaming but George chose not only to date, but marry and have two kids with his late brothers ex girlfriend, so it's like tomato tomato
I’m surprised Runcorn was not given life like most other villains, then again, he was no death eater and they could only charge him for corruption. I would’ve liked to hear more about Fudge, I understand that he must’ve kept a low profile, but he was never truly evil like most villains. Just stupid, selfish and misguided.
Would like to have heard what happened to Nevils parents, hope they started to at least gain some of their memories back especially about their son and some of their sanity.
While it is nice to imagine all wrongs being righted, and I'm glad many of them were, there is something to be said, narratively, for allowing many of the past wrongs to be permanent. It speaks more to the human condition, that we all have to face in one form or many, that the Longbottoms never recover, that George has to push onward without Fred, and that Rita Skeeter continues to push the boundaries of journalistic integrity.
Love it! I always wanted more of a backstory to HP. I wrote a teen fantasy (This Peculiar Magic) set in an academy for kids with the worst-ever magical power and gave the lead character the type of backstory I wish we'd had for Harry.
I think Xenophilious was like Snape when it came to Luna. He was blinded by the love for his daughter (or in Snapes case, Lily) and it made him do selfish this such as the false Quibbler and alerting the Death Eaters of the trios presence.
I don't think they're comparable. Just about any normal parent would have done what Xenophilius did. It's normal and expected, not morally grey at all for a parent to put their child's safety ahead of anyone else. Xenophilius is a normal loving father. Snape is an obsessive weirdo whose idea of loving someone is begging your boss to only kill her husband and child so you could still have her afterward with no regard for how that loss would have impacted her, cuz that part really didn't matter to him.
Unfortunately that isn’t possible since some of the actors whose characters would still be alive have passed away. Most recent being Robbie Coltrane so we wouldn’t have Hagrid
I really feel like Luna Lovegood should have been included in the epilogue so we could see what she was up to Ninteen Years Later. I feel like some people (looking at you, Pink Dementor) deserved what they got! Also another thing Fenrir Greyback was put in Azkaban was for HURTING MOONY!!! I feel like they all in a way got a happy ending either for them or for the fans, or both! Overall, I loved this video ❤️👍🏼😀
I honestly think Hermione becoming Minister of Magic is probably the only part of Cursed Child that could be considered Canon as it does fit with her ambition and talent.

But karma came back to haunt him
HARRY IS THE ENFORCER CUZ HE DOESNT HAVE MANAGEMENT SKILL BUT HERMIONE GOT IT
I disagree, I don't think Hermione was ever interested in a position with that much power, she always seemed to want to keep a lower profile, even in OoTP, she didn't use or threaten to use her power more than Ron, she seemed more low profile, she seemed like someone who would rather fight for the rights of the impoverished than control everything but that's just my perception.
Harry did guest lecture at DADA classes a lot. I wonder who taught the subject after the series
I also agree that cursed child, which i do want to see, got hermione as minister right. She was the intellectual glue especially in 1 & 7.
Which book is that
According the info from Harry Potter Wiki (Fandom) state that Dudley kid being wizard is only JK's draft and later JK state that "any latent wizarding genes would never survive contact with Uncle Vernon’s DNA."

I'm also a big fan of the headcanon that one of Dudley's kids was born with magic and that helped mend his relationship with Harry even more. Especially since it was shown that he was seemingly mirroring his parents attitude towards Harry than any he actually held

Neville was known for being a great teacher and always giving students advice. Honestly, that makes Neville's journey in the books and movies even better, he is the semi-hidden main protagonist, starting without incredible wealth or super magical powers gifted by dead parents, he is a normal wizard kid who managed to conquer his fears and become a true hero.
He was almost the Main Protagnist of the Series
The fact that so many secondary characters have such rich backstories is crazy to me. Made up an entirely new world
Personally I feel like Lucius should be punished much harder than he had.

I always thought that Harry should've been the DADA teacher rather than an Auror.

@Astranova That's my headcanon that he'd pop in once in a while to check in on his little gremlin children lol
Listen I'd bet MY LIFE that Albus S. would be just as much of a troublemaker as James S.

Putting all the dark wizards in one place with less threatening security than before seems like a recipe for disaster but great video as always.
I feel the same. I understand why Dementors had to be removed as they weren't really loyal or trustworthy to the Ministry. They had a tendency to go out of control especially whenever a dark wizard would rise in power. I wished we, in real life, had something this dark and sinister for our prisons.
@@shara26dimpy two things:

I legit cried, hearing George named his son after his late twin.

Hermione might not be the kind of person to go into politics but Emma Watson sure is !
Didn't she have a reputation as the greatest student of her year at Hogwarts? Why not being the Minister of Magic?
Random shower thought after hearing Barty Jr’s fate: what would happen if someone split their soul via horcruxes, and after, they received the dementors kiss? If the horcruxes contain parts of their soul, could they partially recover after the kiss since other fragments exist elsewhere? I’d love to hear your take on it
That... Is a really good question.
True
12:47 _Werewolf registry._ “Hello, I just moved into the neighborhood and am required by law to inform you that I am a registered werewolf.” 😋
I like to think that the bit of swamp that Fred & George created and that Professor Flitwick left a big of was still at Hogwarts when Fred & Roxanne were students.
I know Dobby died but it made me said that he wasn’t mentioned at all. That death was a really hard one for me.
same here too
I love this video! Thank you so much for making it!!
Ahh fellow homer fan I see
Good job, this was one of your best videos really enjoyed it,
thank you for all the time and dedication you put into making this video!! I always enjoy your videos but this one came at the perfect time for me because I couldn’t remember what happened to some characters after the series! your videos have also inspired me to re-read the books again!
The wizarding world wanted to honor Molly Weasley by naming a bridge after her. They gave up on the idea because…
Nobody crosses Molly Weasley.
😂
Pur🫡
omg lol!!!!!
That's originally a Chuck Norris joke.
Jokes aside, she probably deserved that anyway for killing Bellatrix Lestrange. Despite that, she’s one of my least favourite characters, cause I hate strict annoying parents.
I started to get tears in my eyes when you mentioned how Neville Longbottom was the bravest Gryffindor House! Thanks for doing this! I loved it! I'll share it with my son who is also a huge HP fan!
Damn how do you keep coming up with new stuff. I honestly thought you would’ve burned through Harry Potter basically completely at this point
Not even close haha I still have a list of over 100 HP videos to make
@@MovieFlame Trust me I'm aware. I've watched them all since before I started college. Which is funny cause I found you before I realized we went to the same one
I'm dumb I thought you meant you had done over 100 not 100 more planned. I barely have 5 planned, and so that makes 9 videos I know I have to do with what I have edited.
You went to La Salle??
@@MovieFlame still do, have one semester left. I currently live on campus
I always thought that it would have been extremely amusing if Dudley had a child who turned out to be a wizard/witch. I wonder if that would have changed Petunia and Vernon's views on the magical world.
GRANDKIDS CAN CHANGE GRANDPARENTS NOT THE OFFSPRINGS
this was an absolutely fantastic video. I have read into hp lore a lot but still managed to learn a lot of new things.
I think it would have been kind of funny if Voldemort had come back as a ghost and just flew around yelling at Harry the whole time
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE EFFORT YOU PUT INTO THESE VIDEOS DUDE , THIS IS INCREDIBLE
What a good way of saying Happy Birthday to Harry and Neville. When I read about Umbitch, I thought that she spends most of her life in Azkaban nagging in her cell and demanding every guard who passes by and say "Let me speak to the Minister!".
Honestly I feel like her cell guards were punished worse than her.
Strategic typo
That would be hermine lol. So not sure that'd do her any favours
Movie flame I love your videos just keep up with a good work
This was a very good and helpful video. I don't really have the patience to search for this stuff from pottermore so its great to have this information easily accessible on youtube. Keep up the good work!
I got teary-eyed so many times during this video 😭 so beautifully put together! Thank you so much for this video! My little potterheart was going through so many feels while watching 🥺❤
Love this video man 😊😊😭 you are Great!
I didn't know George ended up with his brother's ex...kinda weird.
As someone who has yet to read the books, it's cool to see how the changes and characters that didn't make into the adaption.
I thought the same, but I think it makes sense. Used to be very common in the old world for a brother to marry their family’s widow.
Grief can bring two people together... especially when the other person is pretty much the exact same person as the one who died
@@williamhicks714that’s what makes it weird in my opinion..it’s like Angelina still dates Fred but through George’s body ykwim
@@en1ertain20 this might count as victim blaming but George chose not only to date, but marry and have two kids with his late brothers ex girlfriend, so it's like tomato tomato
@@williamhicks714 true, might as well still be my least fav couple 😭
I’m surprised Runcorn was not given life like most other villains, then again, he was no death eater and they could only charge him for corruption.
I would’ve liked to hear more about Fudge, I understand that he must’ve kept a low profile, but he was never truly evil like most villains. Just stupid, selfish and misguided.
Thank you for this
Thank you so much for everything that you do! Can’t wait to watch this one😁
Can we all appreciate how he always adds in the small details so we don’t bug him? Like that’s so sweet
true
I really enjoyed watching this! Cheers for the upload 👍
a series with all the original cast back in their roles showing us how they were living their lives after Hogwarts would be fun as Hell to watch.
Unfortunately that isn’t possible since some of the actors whose characters would still be alive have passed away. Most recent being Robbie Coltrane so we wouldn’t have Hagrid
@@Boundwithflame23 and also some actors refuse to participate in any further films and such
I really feel like Luna Lovegood should have been included in the epilogue so we could see what she was up to Ninteen Years Later.
I thought Greyback died. Oh, well.

In the movies yes
In the books no
This is the closure I never knew I needed! ❤❤❤
I honestly think Hermione becoming Minister of Magic is probably the only part of Cursed Child that could be considered Canon as it does fit with her ambition and talent.
I’m so excited for this! I have always been curious
Insane work !
It would’ve been cool to see an actual sequel book that could’ve been adapted into a movie with the original actors.
There are plenty of talented actors. They are all replaceable, except for Alan Rickman.
@@kellysouter4381 well said
well that can be hard to make. Many don’t have time because they have their own family to focus on and Emma Watson has quit her acting career
Because the original actors wanted to move on to other roles and/or careers? Can you imagine a 90 year old James Bond? (Sean Connery or Roger Moore)
@@sazsha no big loss there
Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into these videos, it really shows. I love your HP videos man. Nothing else like them
This is totally an amazing video ... I really appreciate you for all that research ❤❤
Lots of hard work, and time spent on this. I enjoyed it, thank you.
I think crooshankes was Harry potters cat when he was a baby when Harry was reading Sirius
Letter it said about a cat and a picture that looked like crooshankes and when they met they got along from the start like they new eachother
Anyone else notice that Bellatrix wasn’t mentioned? She probably just got sentenced to Azkaban, but still would’ve liked to see her
She was killed by Molly when she tried to kill Ginny
@@friedafrances2100 and had one of the greatest lines in the entire series
So brilliantly written! Love this!
I just love your videos they are so interesting, informative, and very weell made. You clearly put passion into them so please don't stop anytime soon.
these videos are my new addiction I can't stop
