Exploring the quaint town of Whittier, Alaska: Cruise Adventure Day 8

This is "turn-around" day on our 14-day cruise in Alaska! We went for a hike in Whittier or we tried to hike Portage Pass Trail and Horsetail Trail but both were still very snow-packed.
We still had fun walking around, catching sight of bears, and just generally enjoying ourselves. We hope you enjoy the trip with us!

Nice! Wonder whether we should have continued down the highway through the tunnel. Saw a FB post from someone who did so and reported beautiful sights past the other end. Next time!
