Broo my parents do farming...we grow mangoes as they are very perishable and need to be marketed immediately they sell them to the middle man for cheaper prices ...can you suggest me some books which can help me to know how i can create demand and market such perishable products like fruits ...
Unfortunately, I don't have any experience with that market nor can I think of a specific book off the top of my head. But it sounds like more of a business strategy challenge than a marketing challenge, in that the focus should probably be on building strong recurring relationships with stores/markets that already have strong recurring demand for the product.

It varies wildly depending on the season, but I generally read anywhere from 30-90 minutes each day (much of which is listening to audiobooks)
