    I’m currently reading this book, and it’s mind blowing how practical it is. I’m working through the exercise for my upcoming language learning app. I would never had read this book if it weren’t for Rick’s video. Thank you for recommending this book. I already ordered 4 other books he recommends.

    Interesting thanks. After doing what I love as a hobby for such a long time, I finally decided to give it a shot as a business. Not as easy as it first appears. I have noted the advice you have shared, lets see if I can improve my method ..

    I find your channel very useful, I always check your insights before I buy a business book even this one. Am not sure if you have done a video of the same author, business made simple?

      I haven't yet read that book, but have it on my list.

    Seems like the book is repurposing the Awareness Consideration and Decision framework. I like Donald Miller, will give this a read.
    Great content! Just subbed 👏

    I read 'storybrand' and, from this summary, 'matkwting made simple' appears to be a carbon copy of 'storybrand'...is my presumption correct?

    • @RickKettner
      @RickKettner  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      While it certainly covers some similar ideas, the books are different in scope. I think Marketing Made Simple is a more actionable guide to building a marketing funnel while Building A StoryBrand explains how to communicate your message in a way that attracts customers.

      @@RickKettner Thank you for making such enjoyable and informative videos. If I was going to read one of these two books (marketing made simple or Storybrand), which one would you recommend and why.

    • @RickKettner
      @RickKettner  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Both are great, so it depends on your goal. Marketing Made Simple will help you build a marketing/sales funnel while Building A StoryBrand will help you craft a more complete story for communicating your message to customers. Both are very useful.
