Starfield - Creations - Civilian Survival Suit - Legendary Gear

Bethesda just added this new Legendary spacesuit, helmet and pack. I'll cover the perks and stats, do a few upgrades to make it better and compare to another suit with similar environmental protection.
Would you buy? Does this price change how you see the value of non-Bethesda Creations?

Zone79 gives away a small mountain of suits. They aren't 'achievement friendly', but if you've already crossed that line it won't matter.
