You are so amazing Jessica! Your gentle and precise encouragement of engaging in this incredible recipe makes it all the better. I can feel your passion for the dish and makes it all the more exciting to create! Thank you for creating your channel! Huge fan, can't wait to replicate!
After looking different shrimp scampi videos I watched yours and for is the best to follow and understand !! Well explained and I love the way you teach and all the info with the video to follow in case you missed any ingredient or step !! . I didn’t and was the best shrimp scampi ever I had cooked !! ❤️🧄🍤🍜. Thank you 😊.
I love shrimp..in just about any dish..one thing I detest tho?..digging into my dish to pull tails off the shrimp.. I see no diff in the flavor of my dishes on or off so I always remove..don't want guests having to dig in either.. Looks yummy n I love the way you explain every little step n the why's..great for beginners..added ya to my playlist..thanks for sharing..
I've been making shrimp scampi for over 30 years. You should butterfly the shrimp wide open if you want the best-tasting scampi and I never preseason the shrimp. Also I find using finely chopped scallion or green is better than shallots. I've never heard of using tomatoes as well. Also it should be cooked over medium-high heat and cooked fast not slow
Very Nice, thanks. We tried and loved it. 😍 We added basil and oregano and we always put cooking or olive oil in the water to keep the pasta from sticking.
I would love if you brought up deglazing process. You used white wine in this video and I love that reduction process, personally. I’ll do my best to explain it to who I will share this with. And thank you so much for taking the time to read my comment.
made this and it was delicious. My family likes it extra saucy so I added some pasta water. I'll make this again and have it as a go to recipe. Thank you!
Scampi are in fact tiny, lobster-like crustaceans with pale pink shells (also called langoustines). Italian cooks in the United States swapped shrimp for scampi, but kept both names. Thus the dish was born, along with inevitable variations like adding tomatoes, breadcrumbs. Scampi Scampi, also called Dublin Bay Prawn, or Norway Lobster, (Nephrops norvegicus), is an edible lobster of the order Decapoda (class Crustacea). It is widespread in the Mediterranean and northeastern Atlantic, from North Africa to Norway and Iceland, Shrimp The term shrimp is used to refer to some decapod crustaceans, although the exact animals covered can vary. Used broadly, shrimp may cover any of the groups with elongated bodies and a primarily swimming mode of locomotion - most commonly Caridea and Dendrobranchiata.
@@dailybestbetswithteemoney3432 Firstly because I can and it IS my opinion hence the reason for the comment area in all videos and secondly, hoping she would make more long/regular length videos and not just shorts as I said I do not like or ever watch....any other questions?
Marilyn, I have good news for you. Google the complete name of the recipe and Jessica's will be under Popular Recipes. Commentary and written step-by-step directions will be there AS WELL AS THE VIDEO, not a short. Enjoy!!
Keeping the shrimp whole when you plate it up, gives an excellent appearance, however, for actually eating that I would prefer the shrimp to be cut up into bite-size pieces
All look good except please do not run the water through the shrimps. Must be many ways to thaw your shrimp without wasting the precious water. Thank you for the recipe.
I love and appreciate how you speak slowly and distinctly ! all the exact measurements! You are a great teacher
Your clear detailed directions are so appreciated. I will definitely be getting frozen shrimp that is already deveined and peeled.
I love your instructions! I feel confident enough to try this tomorrow

Great job!
I grew up cooking with Julia child way back, shrimp cooks so fast I don't think some realize just how quick. Thank you for great cooking.
Very Nice, thanks. We tried and loved it. 😍 We added basil and oregano and we always put cooking or olive oil in the water to keep the pasta from sticking.
Glad to hear!
Thank you so much Jessica That I found your channel l wish I just learn a lot of recipes from your channel...GOD BLESS YOU AND CONTINUE YOUR COOKING😍
Made thus today and it was delicious. Thanks
My pleasure 😊
Very good recipe!!!! Many tks!!!!!!
What could be used instead of pasta for the shrimp ? Enjoyed your crystal clear directions.
You can serve with risotto, crispy baked potatoes, pilaf, or zucchini noodles for a low carb "zoodle" option
Thank you Jessica. I love it.🥰
Good instruction.👍🏻
I’m ready to taste it tomorrow, Jessica

I can't wait to hear you think about the recipe! Let me know what questions you have.
Hello 👋 how are you doing
hi I was wondering if there was anything I can substitute for the wine?
Thanks for sharing one of my favorite meals. If we are using some of the uses of any fruit, make sure it’s organic.
I’ve made your recipe so many times now. It’s so good!
made this and it was delicious. My family likes it extra saucy so I added some pasta water. I'll make this again and have it as a go to recipe. Thank you!
Very good
Explained very well
This recipe is amazing!!!! Cooking it for the third time already! Thank you so much ❤❤❤❤

I've made my choice. I'll make your dish for Sunday's lunch. Thank you .

what did you season the water with? before you added the pasta?
looks so delicious I love it
I honestly love so much about your teaching skills. But what’s up with the music in the background??????????
Can one just omit the white wine or is there a sub to use?
Vegetable stock or even grape juice!
Nice job, looks delicious. Just one professional tip, skip the sideways horizontal cut in the shallots. Not necessary.
2:40 Shouldn't that lemon be turned around in the squeezer where it will fit the contour of the device?
I would love to make that
Very good recipe, I was gong to subscribed but sadly, all the videos are now "shorts" which I really dislike. Thanks for this recipe though.

Like this recipe. I saute the shrimp alone, and add to.pasta. Cook the pasta alone. I have made this, many times.
That's great!

Delicious Italian meal!
It really is!
I like the longer videos instead of the shorter ones.
I’m going to cook this dish. Thank you
My Saturday meal sorted.. gonna add some more chilli in it

Thanks for subbing!
Absolutely yummy. .thank you for sharing your recipe 💙💙👍👍
Looks yummy, common sense if thet little bit of salt in 4 quarts of water is to much, don't add that much.
Can I use limes instead of lemons?
Absolutely!
Both the cook and the dish look absolutely delicious
Your cooking looks Delicious.
I Love Fish and seafood.
Can I use white wine vinegar¿
Definitely, I would do a bit less so it's not too overpowering!
That looks fancy delicious
This looks amazing! I need to cook this 👌🏼😋
Thanks! Yea, definitely a tasty dish!
Outstanding love it
Yeeeeeees! Thank you!⚘
It looks good but the pasta look a little dry the noodles supposed to have sauce
I will try to cook it later.
The shrimp look really good but the pasta looks tasteless and dry. Do you ever make extra sauce to give that pasta a toss in? Thank you.
Great!

Tomatoes in shrimp scampy?
Can you taste it maybe?! Before you present your dishes?
I love seafood and this is one of my favorite ones… but I have to have extra sauce for the garlic bread…!!! And wipe off the dish…
Yummyyyyyy😊
informative
Do you put hair in it ?
Didn't see any sauce get on the pasta.
All look good except please do not run the water through the shrimps. Must be many ways to thaw your shrimp without wasting the precious water.
Thank you for the recipe.
It’s water from her faucet lol…
Your style, outfit and body are extremely gorgeous.
good recipe but needs to work on measurements. 1/8th inch? uhm... that was definitely not
What sauce that pasta looks dry as the Sahara desert...
