It's a play on the second James Bond movie with Sean Connery called "From Russia with Love."

I don't know why, but I find Rachel Maddow much more watchable when she is being interviewed by someone smart like SC or Anderson Cooper or Seth Meyers. When she talks directly to camera on her show, I find it a bit hectoring, TBH. She's obviously a very good journalist and commentator, and sharp as a tack, but maybe her show format could use a bit of tweaking perhaps . . . ?
