I'm currently on a weightloss journey, I used to be 162kg, and I've lost 76kg (167 pounds). I still have more weight to lose, so this is what i eat in a day to help me do so.
There's not much of a difference between now and when I first started in the types of food I eat. the only difference from then to now is that as I am in a smaller body from where I first started, my calories have decreased. I hope I can give you some ideas to help you on your health journey. Remember, life is not one size fits all, so take everything you see on social media with a grain of salt. Make decisions that are based on your individual circumstances and body type.

I think I need to raise my calories. Currently on 1200. And I'm starving!
Yes! Definitely! In my fitness pal you can add the time frame of how much weight you want to lose per week and just do the smallest amount of weight and you'll get more calories to enjoy and you'll be surprised that you'll lose more weight than my fitness pal says you will. All credited to if you're moving more because you have more enegery, you're burning more calories.
