The stress monitor is actually accurate. My stress is always at medium, but a couple of weeks ago I was really stressed out about something emotionally, and that entire week was marked as high stress on Whoop.

I’ve been keeping an eye on this new feature. I’ve noticed whenever im sitting down my stress level is average 0.5 very low. But whenever im moving my stress goes up to Medium or doing any physical activities.

Check your blood stats and general health. But its normal if you move around you get bit more stressed

I've been beta testing it for a few weeks now. I am trying to think how I can benefit from it. All i've done for the last few weeks is glance at it, see when my stress was high, and correlate that to a specific event. I think if you do the breathing exercises in conjunction it can be helpful but I also don't want an alert everytime my body is stressed. Idk. It's neat. So far for me personally it's gimmicky.

ya it might not be super useful for everyone, but there are a lot of people with chronic stress issues that I think may really benefit from it. Could also be useful to see if certain behaviors lower overall stress if they end up showing that in the monthly report.

Great video! I just would've loved a comparison between the stress monitor accuracye on Fitbit Sense 2 (cEDA sensor) VS Woop with it's more limited sensors.
I have chronic stress, at the moment largely work related - so I need a device that will notify me on the spot when it detects a spike above a certain normal threshhold. From watching reviews of both watches - it's hard for me to tell which will be more accurate and which has quicker notifications. Some reviews show that the Sense2 notifications are delayed (I guess it waits until there's 10mins of stress or something, before notifying)

It’s a roll out update so not all users will have it yet

How do I find this in my app?

I already got in fight with them via chat. They are rude as hell and they don’t have any control of this app. They had an update few days ago and some ppl including me still don’t have it.

that's what Garmin has for years. 😂 Whoop knows how to use beautiful graphics and really nice app, but that's about it. It's crazy too expensive. If you get Garmin's Forerunner 965 you will get much much much more for less. 😊
