very nice town house. I am perpetually amazed that the national symbol of Italy is not a mountain goat. All the properties I see on these channels are 3-4 stories from top to bottom. this one is 2 flights of stairs just to the entryway. I can hear Norton breathing hard just to get in the living room. at 70 I need an elevator.🥵
I would have to have preemptive knee replacements before moving-I get achy just watching!
It’s not a house for everyone, stairs are an issue then this is not the right property for you. Unfortunately in the town homes if you want a roof terrace with a nice view, you are going to have stairs.. 😅

They look shallow and steep.
This town is all white like Osuni.
This is a really well-designed house for the given space. The top floor is for the actual residents. While the lower floor is for guests and work. There's no accidentally stumbling upon the owner's private quarters.
Dinner parties are out, though, with the kitchen so far away from the guest area. Maybe a second kitchen could go on the first floor in the laundry room, since there's already water in that room.
Very true, could have another kitchen on the first floor, would add options to the house. Still I prefer the kitchen at the level of the roof as it means you can eat out there most days

@@nortontanzarella9857 other real estate in area. Also, Italy has a huge demographic problem. Birth rate is too low and huge retirement population will swell. My guess, real estate will suffer longer term.
@@kattengat2 and yet demand for Italian property from foreigners has never been higher. Quality of life and cheaper prices compared to the rest of the Mediterranean are just a couple of the factors driving it.
@@nortontanzarella9857 it’s like musical chairs. When the demographics crash - guess what crashes first. I’ve spent 40 years in finance. Have 2 masters degrees. You can pretend all you want. The top end real estate will be hit the hardest.
