I think taking advantage of expats is starting to get a little over the top with the pricing for these properties now. It’s a shame and becoming off putting.

@@SlegsBlankes it’s the location,10 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from Ostuni is a great spot. Lots of demand and few properties left has pushed up the prices
@@nortontanzarella9857I fully understand your arguments but as you know the local market is overheating, creating a bubble that will ultimately implode. The locals are unable to afford these kind of properties, so buyers are almost exclusively overseas buyers. You get way more value for money in Umbria or Marche, nicer landscape, more greenery, more views, and even less heat during the summer. But don’t get me wrong, I like your properties, I love the architecture but still I wouldn’t buy in that region.
