This one needed a bit of work, and the main apartment (on the first floor), felt too small if I had friends or family visiting (even if they were actually sleeping in the other units). Matino and Parabita are lovely!

So, simpatico! This property was on my radar since about last November of 2023 initially at a higher price point. Funny I just found this 5-month-old video. When I last checked the compound was still on market but alas today my history shows it removed. Sadly, I don't remember if I ever wrote for more info from the actual listing nor whether or not I received a response. I could not visit in person at the time and your coverage here really put the pieces together for me better than anything in the listing. Those terraces are a huge selling point. I cannot be certain Puglia is right for me as I do not want a car year-round. I am glued to your channel going forward and nice to know you're the contact. 💯

If the 3 downstairs units make enough to be considered the owners job, assuming no mortgage, this would be a fantastic opportunity to have a family and live a great life. Definitely need to see the numbers.

Quick question: Do the 3 units for (potential) rent require licenses or have licenses that are already registered? I've been to a few countries/areas that do require short-term rental permission. As mentioned by others, your selections and presentations are far superior to some other similar channels! And I truly appreciate your work!

But that is of course reflected in the price. One would pay 2 or 3x this price close to the airport I guess for a similar house I guess.
Ha! From the title, I was kinda expecting four different locations. These four units in one are even better. That top unit is to die for except for the laminate flooring. That storage space could be made into the bedroom of that one unit. Higher rent. I love the white exterior with blue accents. Very Greek looking. The price is great. You could make some serious money on those three lower units. I suppose if one were native Italian, you'd hide the income from the government. 😂😅😂😅😂 Thanks for showing this place. Ciao!
The difficult part (1 of many) when considering moving from the U.S. to Italy, is the limited choices of food in Italy. I'm 1/2 Italian & was raised on my Grandmother 's (from Brooklyn N.Y) cooking - amazing, Italian food. But, that doesn't mean I want that to be my only meal, or choice. I love Mexican food, Chinese...American. It would be difficult to give up the wonderful variety we have on every corner here in the U.S.

Is it possible you could research for us the way Italy treats folks who leave their home in say the U.S. or Canada, or Europe and how their tax system works. I am still confused by it. This region of Italy is more than likely in the 7% tax region, and how would that differ from not being in one - in the north. Valuable info., and if you understood it, many future clients I'm sure!
Please include the views from the windows of the properties! Otherwise the quality of the filming is great, I’ve watched a few of your videos and it’s frustrating when you show the inside of a window and say ‘with views over the town/valley ‘etc you are only giving us views from terraces or of balconies .. views from windows too please!
