- This is my quick tutorial on how I transformed a regular clone trooper into ARC Trooper Echo.
MATERIALS USED:
- 3.75" Phase 2 clone trooper
- Sculpey Premium Air Dry Clay
- Tamiya 87177 Masking Tape for Curves (2mm)
- super glue
- scissors
Fabrics:
- leatherette (for pauldron and holster slings)
- polyester/cotton blend (for kama)
Paint:
- Vallejo 70.950 Black
- Vallejo 70.951 White
- Vallejo 70.962 Flat Blue
- Tamiya Panel Line Accent Color (black) -- for weathering
Simply amazing. You are one of the first 3.75 inch customizers i saw using other materials other than 3d prints for their customs. Id love to see more tutorials like these.

I did a custom arc back pack so what I did is made the parts separate like the tubes and circle but to start off
I take a good mediumish small amount of clay then remove it off to glue it with super glue once the air dry clay dries
The I add the separate details on and use super glue
Wow..... I just customized my own ARC action figure... From a few different clones I had anyhow... With my old collection from years ago...
I wish I would have known these techniques though... because wow you have serious techniques I haven't seen since building models when I was a kid.
I might get more creative like you for my progressive ARC tiger shark gunship set up... It's been so long since I've tinkered with any of this though....
But girl. I'm astounded that someone as pretty and capable as you are, could get me back into these things let alone revitalized my interest into customization with these fine collectibles.

Like it was so weird when I randomly got recommended your vidz (because I like star wars shit) right after I just started getting into custom figures but never searched up these types of videos.. then I got addicted and watched all your videos... then one of the last videos of yours was the Patriot and I was blown away hahaha but hey great minds think alike I suppose, am I right?
I loved it! I recently started collecting some 3.75 SW figures, and here in Brazil they are both hard to find and damn expensive. I managed to get that not so cool Captain Rex, but the Arc Troopers trio is very difficult to get around here... I'll take this video as both guidance and motivation for me in doing my own customs. Thanks a lot :)

Hello and thanks for watching!! I just cut it out from an old shirt that I have! You can use any material but I chose and recommend that particular one because its thin and easy to fit under their belts. 😸

I got that from a fabric store! You can use any old similar fabric you have at home. Not worth buying from a fabric store and then only using a tiny strip
